A Memorandum of Settlement was signed between the NFL Employees Union and the Management of NFL Bathinda through the intervention of the ALC (Central), Jalandhar.

With the sincere efforts of ALC(C), Hyderabad, a Memorandum of Settlement was arrived at between the Principal Employer, SCCL Yellandu Area, Contractors M/s BHEL Electrical Ltd. and M/s Solaris Electrical Services, and Pragathishila Singareni Contract Workers Union, under Samadhan ID 300145277. As per the settlement, the Principal Employer and the Contractors agreed to reinstate all 20 workers with the same terms and conditions of service, along with monetary benefits amounting to ₹3,01,000/- towards wages of one month.
