A rally by the “Cockroach Janata Party” has begun in Delhi. Protesters, holding copies of the Constitution, are demanding the resignation of the Union Education Minister. I noticed that a section of left-wing students has also joined the gathering.

To deal with the “cockroaches,” the RSS has changed colors like a chameleon. Just a few days ago, these “cockroaches” were being called agents of Pakistan, but now the Sangh Parivar has been forced to soften its tone. A heavy police presence has been deployed, yet it is being said that no one will be arrested. The administration reportedly will not obstruct the rally. Perhaps India’s rulers have learned lessons from the ousted governments of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal.

In a vast and diverse country like India, it is difficult for such movements led by young people to achieve striking success. But who knows what may happen! One thing is clear: India’s younger generation is angry with the Modi government. They are simmering with frustration. The rise of the “cockroaches” is a powerful expression of that anger.
