#भारत में कुपोषण का शिकार हैं 50 फीसदी बच्चे: #यूनिसेफ_रिपोर्ट।
दुनिया में पांच साल से कम उम्र का हर #तीसरा बच्चा या दूसरे शब्दों में 70 करोड़ बच्चे कुपोषण का शिकार है । वहीं भारत में हालात और भी बदतर हैं जहां 50 फीसदी बच्चे कुपोषित हैं।
क्या है #कुपोषण?
कुपोषण (Malnutrition) वह अवस्था है जिसमें पौष्टिक पदार्थ और भोजन, अव्यवस्थित रूप से लेने के कारण शरीर को पूरा पोषण नहीं मिल पाता है और जिसके कारण गंभीर स्थिति पैदा हो जाती है।
कुपोषण तब भी होता है जब किसी व्यक्ति के आहार में पोषक तत्त्वों की सही मात्रा नहीं होती है।
दरअसल, हम स्वस्थ रहने के लिये भोजन के ज़रिये ऊर्जा और पोषक तत्त्व प्राप्त करते हैं, लेकिन यदि भोजन में प्रोटीन, कार्बोहाइड्रेट, वसा, विटामिन और खनिजों सहित पर्याप्त पोषक तत्त्व नहीं मिलते हैं तो हम कुपोषण के शिकार हो सकते हैं।

एक #व्यक्ति सब कुछ नहीं कर सकता है लेकिन सब मिलकर बहुत कुछ कर सकते हैं।यह #पृथ्वी हमारी है और हम इंसान हैं, जिसे सुख और दुःख का अनुभव समान रूप से होता है।हम मनुष्य के रुप में केवल एक बार जन्म लेते हैं, हमारे पास बहुत कुछ है, लेकिन कुछ ऐसे भी हैं, जिनके पास कुछ भी नहीं है। ये बड़े ही दुःख की बात है कि दुनिया में लाखों करोड़ों लोग #भूख से मर जाते हैं। वहीं दूसरी ओर करोड़ों लोग #ज़्यादा खाना खा लेने से बीमार पड़ जाते हैं और वे जबरदस्ती भूखा रहते हैं।
आइये, मिलकर कुछ ऐसा करें कि कोई भी केवल भूख से न मरे।
