🏙️ RAILWAYS RISES HIGH IN BENGALURU | RLDA DELIVERS FAST, MODERN RAILWAY HOMES
132 HOMES • 25 FLOORS • 25 MONTHS • NEW-AGE CONSTRUCTION
A new landmark for railway housing has come up at MG Colony, Bengaluru — a modern 25-storey residential tower with 132 railway staff quarters, developed by Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) under its Railway Colony Redevelopment Programme.
🚀 FIRST-TIME USE OF MIVAN TECHNOLOGY
For the first time in an RLDA railway residential project, Mivan Technology (Aluminium Formwork/Shuttering) has been adopted, enabling faster construction, better finish, dimensional accuracy and efficient high-rise ex*****on.
The tower achieved its full height in approximately 16 months and the entire project was completed in just 25 months, making it one of the fastest-executed high-rise railway residential projects.
🏗️ MODERN HOMES. MODERN AMENITIES.
The Basement + Stilt + Podium + 24-floor tower comprises 96 Type-II and 36 Type-III quarters, supported by 4 lifts and 116 parking spaces. The gated complex provides rooftop solar power, EV charging, multi-purpose court, children’s play area, STP, DG backup and enhanced safety infrastructure.
The Allotment letters handing over ceremony was attended by Shri Manoj Garg, Vice Chairman, RLDA with Shri Ashutosh K. Singh, DRM, Bengaluru and senior officials of Indian Railways and RLDA.
🔑 THE BEST MOMENT — HOMES HANDED OVER
A particularly memorable moment was the presentation of allotment letters to railway employees. Their happiness said it all — some shared that they had never imagined their railway service would provide them homes of this quality.
For Team RLDA, that appreciation is the real reward.
🇮🇳 TRANSFORMING RAILWAY COLONIES ACROSS INDIA
Through its Railway Colony Redevelopment Programme, RLDA is creating safer, sustainable and better-equipped homes for railway employees and their families, while giving a new identity to railway residential colonies across the country.
