SPO Goes Missing With Service R***e In Kishtwar, Search Launched

Officials told that SPO has been identified as Bashir Ahmed S/o Musa Dhar R/o Wanipora Trigam, presently posted at Pedil post since 2025. Officials said the SPO has absconded from his post at Pedil along with his personal SLR and one magazine. Following the incident, police and security forces have launched a search operation in the area.

Emphasising the convenience of employees moving to Jammu, he directed the departments concerned to ensure seamless coordination, comfortable transportation, effective highway management, affordable and hygienic food services, and adequate medical support along the National Highway.
