Chhoti si delay aur cyber criminals ko mil jaata hai mauka.

Password update karna ho, mAadhaar biometric lock lagana ho, ya fraud report karna ho, har step mein deri aapko risk mein daal sakti hai.

Dhyaan rakhein:
• Passwords ko regular basis par update karein
• mAadhaar par biometric lock activate karke rakhein
• Suspicious activity dikhe toh turant action lein, delay na karein
• Cyber fraud ka shikaar hote hi immediately report karein

Yaad rakhein: Cyber safety mein “baad mein” ka matlab hota hai “bahut der ho chuki hai”.

Bank complaint के बाद भी कोई action नहीं ले रहा?

अगर आपने bank या payment app में complaint register की है और 30 दिन तक कोई response नहीं मिला, या मिला हुआ solution satisfactory नहीं है, तो आप RBI Ombudsman के पास जा सकते हैं.

RBI Ombudsman एक official system है जो आपकी complaint को independently review करता है और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर bank को action लेने के लिए बाध्य कर सकता है.

ध्यान रखें:
• सबसे पहले bank में complaint register करना ज़रूरी है
• 30 दिन तक response न मिले या समाधान संतोषजनक न हो, तभी escalate करें
• Complaint online file की जा सकती है, बिना किसी fee के
• सही पाए जाने पर आपको compensation भी मिल सकता है

याद रखें: आपकी complaint को नज़रअंदाज़ नहीं किया जा सकता - सही process follow करने पर action ज़रूर होता है.

Religious yatra bookings ke dauraan scams tezi se badh rahe hain. Char Dham jaise high-demand routes par satark rehna zaroori hai.

I4C ke inputs ke anusaar, scammers fake booking links, WhatsApp messages aur “VIP darshan” offers ke through logon ko target kar rahe hain.

Safe booking ke liye dhyaan rakhein:
• WhatsApp par 8394833833 par “Yatra” message bhejkar official websites aur helpline details verify karein
• Helicopter booking sirf official website heliyatra.irctc.co.in se hi karein
• “VIP darshan guaranteed”, “Free helicopter/hotel” ya “Last few seats” jaise claims se satark rahein
• Unknown customer care numbers ya agents par trust na karein

Yaad rakhein: Agar koi offer “too good to be true” lagta hai, toh woh scam ho sakta hai.

Online fraud में पैसा गया? Bank से वापस आ सकता है

अगर आपने कोई transaction authorize नहीं किया, या payment के बाद product/service deliver नहीं हुई, तो आप chargeback request कर सकते हैं

Chargeback का मतलब है - आपका bank, merchant के bank से आपका पैसा वापस recover करता है

यह 3 situations में apply होता है:
• Fraud transaction (unauthorized payment)
• Payment हुआ, लेकिन product या service deliver नहीं हुई
• Product गलत या misrepresented निकला

ध्यान रखें:
• सबसे पहले bank helpline पर call करके transaction dispute register करें
• Service Request Number (SRN) ज़रूर note करें - यही आपका proof है
• Dispute form fill करके transaction details और evidence (screenshots, emails, invoices) submit करें
• RBI guidelines के अनुसार, dispute 120 दिन के अंदर file करना ज़रूरी है

याद रखें: सही process और strong evidence के साथ, पैसा वापस मिल सकता है

Online hotel booking में सबसे बड़ा खतरा अब fake websites बन चुकी हैं, जो बिल्कुल real platforms जैसी दिखती हैं और यहीं users गलती कर बैठते हैं

Fraudsters जानबूझकर भारी discounts और “limited offer” जैसे triggers का इस्तेमाल करते हैं, ताकि आप बिना verify किए जल्दी decision लें

कई बार ये links Google के sponsored ads के जरिए सामने आते हैं जिससे trust और बढ़ जाता है

लेकिन reality तब सामने आती है

जब payment हो चुका होता है… और booking का कोई अस्तित्व ही नहीं होता।

ध्यान रखें:
• Sirf trusted booking platforms ka use karein
• Sponsored links par blindly trust na karein
• Hotel ki official website cross-check karein
• “Too good to be true” deals ko ignore karein
