अंतरराष्ट्रीय मातृभाषा दिवस पर सी-डैक दिल्ली की सक्रिय सहभागिता
दिनांक 24 फरवरी 2026 को अंतरराष्ट्रीय मातृभाषा दिवस के अवसर पर सीएसआईआर–केंद्रीय सड़क अनुसंधान संस्थान (सीआरआरआई) द्वारा आयोजित हिंदी कार्यशाला एवं प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में सी-डैक दिल्ली की महत्वपूर्ण सहभागिता रही। कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य कार्यालयीन कार्यों में हिंदी के प्रगतिशील प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देना तथा हिंदी को भाषा प्रौद्योगिकी और कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) जैसे उभरते तकनीकी क्षेत्रों से जोड़ना था।

सी-डैक दिल्ली से डॉ. प्रियंका जैन, वैज्ञानिक ‘एफ’ एवं प्रमुख, न्यूरो-कॉग्निटिव एआई और एक्सआर समूह, ने मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में सहभागिता की। उन्होंने भाषा प्रौद्योगिकी, AI और GenAI टूल्स के माध्यम से हिंदी को अधिक सुलभ, प्रभावी और व्यवहारिक बनाने, शोध-लेखन की चुनौतियों तथा नैतिक उपयोग पर अपने विचार साझा किए।

कार्यक्रम को इसकी समसामयिक विषयवस्तु, तकनीक-आधारित दृष्टिकोण और विशेषज्ञ मार्गदर्शन के लिए सराहा गया। यह आयोजन हिंदी को आधुनिक तकनीक से जोड़ने की दिशा में सी-डैक की प्रतिबद्धता और नेतृत्व को रेखांकित करता है।

C-DAC Delhi at Hindi Workshop on International Mother Language Day
On 24 February 2026, CSIR–Central Road Research Institute (CRRI) organised a Hindi Workshop & Training Programme, with active participation from C-DAC Delhi. The workshop focused on promoting the progressive use of Hindi in official work and integrating it with Language Technology and Artificial Intelligence.

From C-DAC Delhi, Dr. Priyanka Jain, Scientist ‘F’ and Head, Neuro-Cognitive AI & XR Group, participated as the Chief Speaker. She highlighted the role of AI, GenAI tools, and ethical practices in making Hindi more effective, accessible, and relevant for research and administration.

The programme was widely appreciated for its relevance, technology-driven approach, and expert insights, reinforcing C-DAC’s leadership in connecting Indian languages with modern technology and innovation.

As the India AI Impact Summit 2026 is scheduled to take place from 16 – 20 February 2026 at New Delhi; C-DAC Delhi & Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), Meerut jointly collaborated to hold a panel discussion on “AI-Ready Graduates: Rethinking for India’s Future” under the Pre AI Impact Summit 2026 organized at MIET on 09 February 2026.
As the Pre-Summit Centred around the theme “Human Capital Enhancement for an AI-Ready Workforce,” the programme highlighted the critical need to realign education systems, skill development initiatives, and industry–academia collaboration in response to rapid AI-driven transformation. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, researchers, and industry professionals.
The event was graced by Mr. Jitendra Singh, Scientist ‘G’ & Centre Head, C-DAC Delhi, as the Chief Guest, Mr. Arvind Kumar, Senior Advisor, C-DAC, as the Guest of Honour. along with Dr. Priyanka Jain, Scientist ‘F’& Group Head, Neurocognitive AI & XR, C-DAC Delhi. In his address, Mr. Jitendra Singh emphasised the importance of developing indigenous AI solutions aligned with national priorities, urging students and researchers to innovate with a “Work for India” mindset. He highlighted the role of inclusive and sustainable AI across key sectors such as healthcare, education, agriculture, governance, and public services. Ms. Richa Chaudhary, Faculty & Course Counsellor (ACTS), C-DAC Delhi, also shared about C-DAC & ACTS academic engagement programmes and outreach activities during the event. Other esteemed panel members present were Mr. Mayank Sharma, Co-founder & AI Researcher, Neufology.in and Mr. Mohd. Umar Alam, Lead Platform Engineer, TestMu AI.
The panelists shared insights on emerging AI technologies, skill requirements, curriculum innovation, and ethical AI practices. An interactive question-and-answer session followed, with students and faculty actively engaging in discussions on future job roles, research opportunities, and strengthening industry–academia collaboration..
The event was organised under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sanjay Kr. Singh (Campus Director), and Prof. (Dr.) Dr Naresh Kumar, Dean – CSE & Allied Departments, and coordinated by Dr. Swati Sharma, HoD CSIT, and Ms. Shristi Vashist, Assistant Professor, CSE of MIET.

As the India AI Impact Summit 2026 is scheduled to take place from 16 – 20 February 2026 at New Delhi; C-DAC Delhi & Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC), Ghaziabad jointly collaborated to hold a session on “Cognitive Analytics: AI Behavioural Modelling for Inclusive Campus” under the Pre AI Impact Summit 2026 organized at IPEC on 06 February 2026.
The session also marked the initiation of a strategic academic and research collaboration in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Analytics, and emerging technologies amongst C-DAC Delhi & IPEC Ghaziabad.
The C-DAC Delhi delegation was led by Shri Jitendra Singh, Sci ‘G’ & Centre Head, C-DAC, along with Shri Arvind Kumar, Senior Advisor, C-DAC; Dr. Priyanka Jain, Scientist ‘F’ & Group Head, Neuro-Cognitive AI & XR; Ms. Richa Chaudhary, Faculty & Course Counsellor (ACTS), C-DAC Delhi; Ms. Saumya Kushwaha, Neuro Data Scientist, C-DAC Delhi and Mr. Abhijit Das, Neuro Data Scientist, C-DAC Delhi.
The interaction was held in the esteemed presence of Prof. (Dr.) A. K. Solanki, Director, IPEC, Prof. (Dr.) Amit Jain, Dean Academics, along with Deans and Heads of Departments.
Shri Jitendra Singh emphasised that while Artificial Intelligence is transforming industries, the real challenge lies in preparing skilled, adaptable, and ethically responsible human capital. He highlighted the need to move beyond traditional education models towards experiential learning, interdisciplinary skill development, strong industry collaboration, and continuous upskilling to build an AI-ready workforce aligned with national priorities. Ms. Richa Chaudhary, also shared about C-DAC & ACTS academic engagement programmes and outreach activities during the event. Ms. Saumya Kushwaha, and Mr. Abhijit Das delivered an enriching and insightful presentation on “Cognitive Analytics: AI Behavioural Modelling” to the students, highlighting how cognitive computing, AI-driven behavioural modelling, and multimodal physiological signals are shaping the future of intelligent, inclusive, and human-centric technologies.
The deliberations also focused on AI-driven behavioural modelling, inclusive and accessible campuses, cognitive intelligence, and the creation of future-ready education ecosystems.
This engagement sets the foundation for joint research initiatives, faculty development programmes, student innovation, and industry-aligned AI applications, reinforcing a shared commitment towards responsible, inclusive, and impactful AI for India.
C-DAC Delhi looks forward to strengthening this collaboration and contributing to national capacity building through technology-driven academic partnerships.

ACTS C‑DAC, Delhi successfully conducted a five‑day training on “Advanced AI Tools” from 29 December 2025 to 2 January 2026 for 31 ISS probationers (2025 batch) at the National Statistical Systems Training Academy (NSSTA), Ministry of Statistics & Program Implementation, Greater Noida. The program began on 29 December with expert sessions delivered by Mr. Girish Wamanrao Sursakar, Mr. Akash Vishwakarma, Mr. Anurag Singh, Mr. Jayesh Vilas Hire, Mr. Krishan, Mr. Aakash Deep, Mr. Saurabh Anil Gaikwad and Mr. Kartike Pushkarna, covering advanced AI applications, Python, statistical data preparation and visualization, machine learning, deep learning and other essential digital and analytical skills. The valedictory ceremony on 02 January 2026 was presided over by Dr. Jitendra Singh Tomar, DDG & HoD, NSSTA, and attended by senior NSSTA officials Sh. Vivek Srivastava (Director), Sh. Ankur Kumar (Joint Director) and Sh. Pulkit Mishra (Deputy Director), along with C‑DAC Delhi officials Sh.
