Senior Backend Developer
Description:
1) 4+ years of experience with backend development
2) ME/MS, BE in Computer Science, MCA or Similar
3) Strong working knowledge of Python or Javascript and demonstrated experience in building working products
4) Real backend development experience in Python Django, Flask or other frameworks
5) Experience developing RESTful services and APIs
6) Experience working with AWS services such as S3, RDS, Lambda, is a plus
7) Strong software development background
8) Demonstrated skillset of leading backend software development project and managing a small team of developers
Proficient in Git and experience with software release cycles
9) Office Time :- 9:30 to 5:30
10) Salary Range :- 35k To 41k

Skills Required:
Python, Javascript, Django, RESTful Services, REST APIs, Docker, AWS, OAuth2 , Token Authentication , JWT(Json Web Token)

The Global Institute for Water Security welcomes first-time PhD candidates at the University of Saskatchewan to apply for the Global Water Futures (GWF) PhD Excellence Scholarship. This entrance scholarship is offered to students who have outstanding academic records, show research promise, and have exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities. The proposed PhD research program should be in alignment with at least one of the GIWS themes and GWF research areas, under the supervision of a faculty member of the Global Institute for Water Security.

Award Value: At least 10 awards valued each at $45,000 per year (up to 3 years).
Eligibility: Canadian and international students entering a PhD program for the first time at the University of Saskatchewan with an entrance GPA of at least 85% (or equivalent)
Selection Criteria: Academic achievements (30%), research potential (50%), communication, interpersonal and leadership qualities (20%)
Application Process: Send application package consisting of a statement of purpose, curriculum vitae, letter of support from supervisor and three letters of recommendation to Phani Adapa ([email protected])
