*Digital Governance | Simplifying Public Services*

Under the state’s digital governance initiative, government services are now more transparent, accessible and citizen‑friendly.

- Online portals and mobile apps have reduced office visits, ensured faster grievance redressal and curbed corruption.
- Services include e‑District, RTI Online, Jan Sunwai, Bhudev App, CM Helpline 1905, e‑Transport and Apni Sarkar portal.
- Pension, certificates and welfare applications are now processed online, saving time and resources for citizens.
“Administration is rapidly adopting digital governance. More certificates and welfare applications are now online, and even agriculture schemes under the district plan have moved to digital applications. This ensures accountability, timely service delivery and benefits for both urban and rural citizens.”
