In the age of information and e-governance, the State Election Department is dedicated to reach out to people to provide better services in-terms of;exact Electoral Rolls, Photo Identity Cards, digitization of maps depicting areas of polling station, distances etc., creating awareness about their rights and duties by bringing about transparency in the system, a citizen friendly approach and better

management of data. Elections cannot be viewed as a stand-alone event but it is a part of an analytical approach for promoting democratic governance. MIS has helped in creating a system where we are in constant touch with the electors through various means. In times to come, we intend to strengthen the process by plotting the coverage of polling stations on the digital map of Uttarakhand.

8 जून 2026 से शुरू होने जा रहे गणना चरण में प्रत्येक मतदाता के लिए गणना फॉर्म भरना अनिवार्य है।

अपने विवरण समय पर भरकर मतदाता सूची में अपना नाम बनाए रखें व अपने BLO का सहयोग करें ।

ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने के लिए Ecinet ऐप या voters.eci.gov.in का उपयोग करें।

विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण के दृष्टिगत आज संयुक्त मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री प्रकाश चंद्र दुमका ने सभी जनपदों से वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस कर विभिन्न विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में मोबाइल नेटवर्क, शेडों एरिया के बारे में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने सभी जनपदों को निर्देश दिए कि BLOs को नेटवर्क संबंधी किसी भी प्रकार की परेशानी ना हो इस बाबत जरूरी प्रबंध किए जाएँ ।

इस अवसर पर उप मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री किशन सिंह नेगी उपस्थित रहे।

जिलाधिकारी प्रशांत आर्य की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय में मान्यता प्राप्त राजनैतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (SIR) कार्यक्रम को लेकर बैठक आयोजित की गई।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि निष्पक्ष उन्होंने राजनीतिक दलों से भी अभियान में सक्रिय सहयोग देने का आह्वान किया।
