When you were not even born in Bangladesh, this land was already recorded and recognized as Eidgah land. Despite this, you are now attempting to illegally occupy the said land and falsely claiming that it does not belong to the Eidgah. You may verify this fact by enquiring from your father or grandfather, who are aware of the true history of this land.
Furthermore, during the official measurement of the land, it was clearly established that two additional feet of land belongs to the Eidgah. In this context, it must be clarified as to which land you are currently occupying unlawfully.
It is also on record that we have voluntarily provided Eidgah land for a public pathway. In contrast, you have constructed houses on land earmarked for the road. Such acts clearly amount to illegal encroachment and dishonesty.
لوگ بنگلہ دیش میں پیدا بھی نہیں ہوئے تھے، اُس وقت سے یہ زمین عیدگاہ کی ہے۔ آج تم اس پر غیر قانونی قبضہ کرنا چاہتے ہو اور یہ کہہ رہے ہو کہ یہ عیدگاہ کی زمین نہیں ہے۔ جا کر اپنے باپ یا دادا سے پوچھ لو، وہ سچ جانتے ہیں۔
جب زمین کی سرکاری ناپ ہوئی تو یہ ثابت ہوا کہ دو فٹ اضافی زمین عیدگاہ کی ہے۔ اب بتاؤ، جو زمین تم لوگوں نے ناجائز طور پر قبضہ کر رکھی ہے اُس کا کیا؟
ہم نے عیدگاہ کی زمین راستے کے لیے دی ہے، اس کے باوجود تم لوگوں نے راستے کی زمین پر گھر بنا لیے ہیں.
