Shri P.K. Gupta, Director, MSME DFO Cuttack, along with Shri Jagadish Sahu, Assistant Director Gr-I, visited Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM), Jatni, on 04 June 2026 and reviewed the University's unique ecosystem integrating skill development, innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
During the visit, he toured various training-cum-production facilities including the Pollinator’s Paradise, Transformer Manufacturing Unit, Waste to Wealth Lab, Tradition & Technology Interface Learning Lab, Wood Engineering Lab, and Plastic Waste-based Pavers Manufacturing Unit. He also visited the Experience Centre showcasing a wide range of products developed by students and faculty.
A major highlight of the visit was the inauguration of the Industry 5.0 Lab featuring advanced technologies such as FANUC robotic welding, autonomous vehicles, drone analytics, cloud optimization solutions, and digital learning platforms.
The visit underscored the importance of academia-industry collaboration in promoting innovation-driven entrepreneurship, sustainable manufacturing, and skill development aligned with the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Vishwakarmas shining in Goa.✨

Glimpses from the recently held Tribal Craft Expo 2026 in Goa, where Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant interacted with a PM Vishwakarma beneficiaryand appreciated the initiative’s impact in empowering traditional artisans and craftsmen.

At the International Day for Biological Diversity event, he also interacted with another PM Vishwakarma beneficiary who showcased innovative bamboo products, highlighting how sustainable bamboo crafts contribute meaningfully to biodiversity conservation and a greener future.
