Welcome to the amazing place called Bhadra Tiger Reserve!

Spread over 492 Sq Kms of core area, this beautiful reserve is one of the finest tiger reserves in the country. The forest, the bamboo, the elephant and the elusive tiger all make this place so exciting. No where will you find the Gaur as massive as in Bhadra. The ever shy Sambar are the healthiest here. The lush green Jagra valley, the Bhadra dam backwater with the hill ranges in the backdrop and

the grasslands with Shola forest at Kemmengundi, all add to the splendor of the place. These days Bhadra is gearing to the All India Tiger Census to be held in December and all preparations are in place for this mega event.
