Chikkamagaluru District Administration is introducing a Software for *Hospital Bed Allocation Monitoring* useful for Overall monitoring of Hospital Beds Allocated for COVID in the District. Also a Real-time Public Portal *www.surakshackm.com* is made available using which public can view the bed availability in each Hospitals under General, Oxygen, ICU & Ventilator Bed Category.

*Features Overview*
1. Hospitals / Nodal Officers will have to submit Bed Block request during patient admission and bed unblock request during discharge. The request will be sent to the COVID War Room for approval and updation of Bed Availability Details.
2. COVID War Room Dashboard will be having option to approve the requests from Hospitals. The Hospital Bed Availability Details will be updated automatically.
3. Public can view the Bed Availability Details of each hospital in real-time through the public portal.
4. War Room or District Govt Hospital can also generate 'Referral Slip' which is needed for admission in Private Hospital under Govt Quota. For the benefit of the patient, Referral Details will be automatically sent as SMS to the patient.
5. Software will generate Automatic Daily Reports for Total Beds in each Hospital, Occupied and Available Beds.

* ಔಷಧ ಹಾಗೂ ದಿನಬಳಕೆಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ರಾತ್ರಿ 8 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಒಳಗೆ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮಾಡಿದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮರುದಿನ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳು.
ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ.

*ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಟೋಕನ್ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಮಿತಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
* ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸೇಜ್ ಗೆ 150 ಟೋಕನ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಎರಡನೇ ಡೋಸೇಜ್ ಗೆ 100 ಟೋಕನ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
* ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 7 ರಿಂದ 7.30 ರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟೋಕನ್ ನೀಡಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಟೋಕನ್ ಪಡೆದವರು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10 ರಿಂದ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನ್ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
* ಕೋವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸೀನ್ ಮೊದಲ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದ 6 ವಾರಗಳ (42ದಿನಗಳ) ನಂತರ 2 ನೇ ಲಸಿಕೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.
*ಕೋವೀಶೀಲ್ಡ್* ಮೊದಲ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದ 84 ದಿನಗಳ ನಂತರ ಎರಡನೇ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.

*ಸದ್ಯ 45 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ವಾಕ್ಸಿನ್ ನೀಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಂತರ ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಟೋಕನ್ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಆಗದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
