The Leather Sector Skill Council (LSSC) invites eligible organizations to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for empanelment as Training Partners.

We welcome applications from NGOs, educational institutions, industries, training providers, and implementation agencies across India to collaborate in skill development programs in the leather, footwear, leather goods, and leather garments sectors.

His vision, dedication, and contribution to the leather and footwear industry earned him immense respect and admiration. He will always be remembered for his leadership and humility.

With deep sorrow, I express my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Mr. Irshad Ahmed Mecca, Managing Director of Farida Group and son of Mr. Rafeeque Ahmed Mecca, Chairperson, Farida Group and Former Chairman, CLE.

He was a visionary leader whose contribution to the footwear and leather industry will always be remembered with great respect. His leadership, humility, and dedication inspired many across the industry.

On behalf of LSSC and myself, I extend my prayers and support to his family, colleagues, and the entire Farida Group family during this difficult time.
