How to create a process-oriented organization?

What is a process and How to create a process-oriented organization? This is another very important question that people ask me and Suresh.

This question was also asked in a recent Yes Chapter Discussion by Balsu sir. You can see my response to that question in the video.

While MacAppStudio is a Process-oriented organization we very carefully ensure that it is more importantly a people-first organization because processes are made for people and not the other way around. So we carefully monitor all processes to make sure that they are people-friendly and help them do their job easier rather than being a burden and impacting productivity.

The customers Ish and Dan from California, have decades of experience in the construction industry and approached us 4 months ago to create a intelligent platform based on their unique learnings and experience.

Today the platform is live with apps in iOS, Android and Dashboards for Project Managers, Crew Leaders, Superintendents and Administrators and is all set to create a transformation in the construction industry in the US.

We wish Ish and Dan the very best for the Aloro Platform to create a digital transformation in the construction industry!

This is a million dollar question in the start up ecosystem and possibly the most important one. This question would have been asked hundreds of times to both me and Sureshkumar Gunasekaran specifically about the secret of the co-founder synergy that we two share.

We had a great workshop for 21K School project and discussed the development processes and progress. It was an awesome experience as we could resolve a lot of things over the table with all stakeholders coming together.

I am happy to inform you all that by God's Grace, MacAppStudio has been selected as the Winner of the Newcomer PMO of the Year Award 2021 by PMOGA (PMO Global Alliance). It was given to us in the PMO India Awards ceremony that was conducted today.

I would like to humbly receive the award on behalf of all the employees in MacAppStudio who have contributed to and have supported all the project management initiatives and practices which results in creating a seamless project delivery model.

Our CTO George shared his expectations from the budget 2022 in NDTV from a technology start-up perspective which included reduced tax rates, credit facilities for start-ups to tide over the cash crunch in this tough period, and reduced compliance to enable start-ups to focus only on their core vision.
He strongly believes that start-ups will play a major role in achieving the vision of a 5 Trillion Dollar economy by the Government of India.
