What happens when apprenticeship moves beyond a statutory requirement and becomes a strategic pathway to build the workforce businesses actually need?

That was the focus of our recent Apprenticeship Awareness & NAPS Workshop in Bengaluru, organised by the Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) in collaboration with MSDE, NSDC, and Skill India.

What made the session especially encouraging was the active participation of existing industries and HR professionals already engaged with NAPS. Their experiences, questions, and practical insights brought real-world perspectives to the conversation, highlighting how apprenticeship can evolve from a compliance exercise into a powerful talent and capability-building strategy.
