Today, we had a meaningful Board Meeting with all our Board and Advisory Members present. It was a time of reflection, learning, and vision-building.

We looked back at our journey, the impact created, and the lives touched—made possible by our amazing Goodness Family. With insights from experienced leaders in the social sector, we are shaping a clear 3–5 year vision and strategy for the future.

At Goodness Foundation, we believe that when the right support is given, potential turns into performance. Ronak’s journey is a shining example of this truth.

Ronak, a proud student of Santhosha Vidhyalaya, secured 1st Rank with an outstanding 96% in his 5th-grade examinations. His achievement reflects his hard work, focus, discipline, and determination to excel.

Ronak shared his heartfelt gratitude for Goodness Foundation’s consistent support and encouragement, which played an important role in boosting his confidence and helping him stay focused on his goals. This is exactly how our support system works — walking alongside children, motivating them, and enabling them to believe in their own potential.

A Special Second Saturday of Love & Care at Santhosha Vidhyalaya 💛

Second Saturdays are especially meaningful for children in residential schools. While many students are visited by relatives who bring snacks and spend time with them, most of the children at Santhosha Vidhyalaya, Dohnavur, Tirunelveli, do not have that privilege, as their families live far away. This makes every visit precious—and our recent visit truly special.

The Goodness Foundation team, represented by Paul Raja, Lydia Miracles , Jordan, and Jason, spent quality time with our sponsored children, playing games, sharing laughter, and encouraging them. One of the highlights of the day was sharing our signature Pandam Box, filled with a variety of sweets and snacks that brought immense joy and wide smiles to the children.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Dr.Jacob Swaroop Anand , the gracious sponsor for the snacks. His thoughtful effort in carefully selecting the right number and variety of items for the children—and personally ensuring they reached SV—made a meaningful difference. His kindness and attention to detail truly touched the hearts of everyone involved.

During the visit, we also encouraged the children to make the most of the opportunities they have in academics, extracurricular activities, and sports. Special motivation was given to the Class 12 students as they prepare for their important board examinations. Their focus, determination, and gratitude were deeply inspiring.

The children expressed their sincere thanks to all our donors and supporters. Your generosity continues to bring hope, dignity, and joy into their lives, reminding them that they are loved and not forgotten.

At The Goodness Foundation, our mission is to spread hope and joy where it is needed most. Through our “Gifts of Hope” initiative, we had the privilege of reaching the sponsor children at Santhosha Vidhyalaya, a boarding school, with thoughtfully curated gifts that included new outfits, bedsheets, and a cake box to make the occasion special. The gifts were handed over by the school Principal, Ms. Lydia, and the initiative was smoothly coordinated by Mr. Daniel.

For children living away from home, these gifts hold special significance. In a boarding school environment, essentials like clothing and bedsheets are not just items—they provide comfort, warmth, and a sense of belonging. More than that, they communicate care, dignity, and the reassurance that these children are remembered, valued, and deeply loved.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the sponsors and well-wishers who made this possible. Your generosity strengthens our commitment to educate, empower, and establish the next generation with confidence, dignity, and opportunity.

🌾 This Pongal, we celebrated gratitude by sharing hope. 🌾

As 2026 began with the spirit of Pongal, our first Gifts of Hope outreach reached Muthukondapuram, Thiruvallur District, turning a harvest festival into a celebration of compassion. Led by our founder Mr. Paul Raja, along with Paul Anandhan, Sarah Jothy, and our devoted well-wisher Bala, the day reflected the true meaning of togetherness.

As Rabindranath Tagore beautifully said,
“I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service.”

That thought came alive as we travelled 70 km from Chennai to share Gifts of Hope—new dresses, nourishing food packs, boiled eggs, sweets, stationery for children, and sarees for elderly and widowed women. These weren’t just festival gifts; they were expressions of dignity, care, and love.

🪔 A special Pongal note of gratitude to Bala and his friends, who sponsored the food and biscuits this time. Having witnessed our journey over the years, they felt inspired to give back themselves—reminding us that kindness, once seen, is contagious.

During the gathering, Mr. Paul Raja encouraged the children to study with commitment, dream fearlessly, and work towards a brighter future for themselves and their community. He gently reminded them that the essence of Pongal lies not only in abundance, but in sharing it with others.

Dr. Daniel has served in senior leadership and advisory roles with renowned organizations, including The Leprosy Mission International (South Asia), SEESHA, and Jesus Calls, and has been associated at the board and governance level with respected institutions in healthcare and education such as CMC Vellore, St. Stephen’s Hospital (Delhi), Kodai International School, and others.

Goodness Foundation Year-End Program 2025

The Goodness Foundation joyfully celebrated the spirit of giving through “Gifts of Hope”, our special gift distribution program, held at the Holistic Child Development Centre, Anna Salai, spreading love, dignity, and festive cheer among the children.

As part of the Gifts of Hope initiative, each child received essential and meaningful items, including new clothes, a bedsheet, mat, tiffin box, snack box, plate, spoon, bucket, and mug—practical gifts designed to support daily needs and inspire brighter futures.

The event came alive with heartfelt song performances, thought-provoking drama, and energetic dance presentations by the children, creating a warm and joyful Christmas atmosphere. We sincerely thank all the leaders who joined us, whose presence made the celebration even more special and meaningful.

The program concluded on a joyful note, with each child receiving two packets of biryani, spreading smiles, happiness, and gratitude all around.

We extend our special thanks to Rev. Dr. Rajah Prabhakaran, Director Mrs. Vasanthy, and Founder Mr. Paul Raja for their inspiring leadership in organizing this memorable celebration.
