Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute, (Government of Tamil Nadu) Chennai supports MSMEs, innovators and startups to establish a vibrant Entrepreneurship ecosystem in the state. Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Chennai (EDITN) was established by Government of Tamil Nadu, India, under the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). The areas of involvement are :


1. Entrepreneurship Awareness & Development Programs for first generation Entrepreneurs
2. Entrepreneurship Skill Development
3. Entrepeneurship development in Colleges & Educational Institutions
4. Business Incubator & TBI Development and Management
5. Capacity building for MSME Clusters
