Play-Coop Pre-School and Day Care Center established in 1984 with the intention of providing professional care and learning equipment in a quality environment.

30 years in the field of Pre-School Education, Play-Coop has come a long way in catering to the needs of children. At a time when there is mushrooming of play schools, Play Coop has been at the limelight because of its strong foundation laid down in creating a stimulating syllabus for children. Play Coop is known for its interesting options and concepts, to keep the young and ceaselessly innovativ

e ones engaged. The school follows an integrated syllabus, combining Montessori, Indian and the American system of education, involving fun activities leading directly to learning programs. Keeping in mind the age group and to avoid a 'regular class- room' atmosphere of formal learning, a lot of free play and out door play is encouraged. The name 'Play Coop' was chosen because at the venue it first started, the teachers and the children were kind of 'cooped up' says Princess Naik, Founder. She adds “We have introduced music and arts for young children, which were not developed in a form accessible to them earlier. There is a lot of time we take to also educate the parents, to make them realize that this is not just a place where children are sent to be looked after, but nurtured. We have an orientation program every year for parents when we explain our methods and interact with them in an open forum.
