Sum Sum Chicken schnitzel ❤️

An Israeli food that is made up of chicken breast which is hammered to level up was soaked in corn flakes and sum Sum, fried up and kept with hummus.

It was so decorative with veggies and french fries! A roti came along with a plate.

It tasted pretty good and quantity was huge. I had it in tosh village, Himachal.

Fired Mughlai Chicken along with Naan and Roti!
Punjabi Dhaba is located in an isolated place of Highway ( SPkoil to Sriperambathur Road) exactly near Pondur
If you ever go to Sriperambathur, you could park your vehicle and dine-in Punjabi Dhaba for sure.
I really liked the way of cooking, quite impressed of their process of making gravies. It was mouth drooling and tasted yumilicious ❤️
Mutton was so soft and quantity was more than what we pay for. It was a must try for the trespassers.
You have parking space and ambience was great with lighting.

Evergreen is an Israeli cafe, located in Kasol HP.
I really wanted to try out Israeli foods over Kasol as many people suggested me that it's mini isreal of India.

When I checked with the locals, they have told me to pay a visit to Evergreen.

I was really excited to know how their dishes would be, it would taste.

I wanted them to suggest me 2 of their signature dish, as follows

Chicken Doubledecker
Chicken Sepodium

1. Chicken Doubledecker was kind of burger, but they kept chicken breast piece as two layer stuffed with all veggies inside and two kinda of mayonnaise along with 3 slices of bread with some hummus.

It was really drooling and f*ckin' yumilicious ❤️ It'as totally mind-blowing.

2. Chicken Sepodium, it's kind of grilled chicken pieces (5-7) along with grilled veggies with some hummus and french fries. One big sized naan was also came along.

It was good but the quantity sucks. 5 pieces doesn't worth it.

Price - 800 ₹
WFM - 4.25/5

Price is kinda expensive but you should try Isreali foods when you visit Kasol for friggin' sure..
