The CAA organised the "Sensitisation Programme on Sustainable Coastal Aquaculture & Regulatory Frameworks" in Bhubaneswar, Odisha with Fisheries Officers, Farmers, hatchery operators, exporters on 17-10-2025. The Secretary CAA, Principal Secretary, Fisheries and ARD Department, Director of Fisheries, Odisha, DD, MPEDA, Officers from ORSAC and EIC have attended the programme. Technical presentations were made on Farms registration, enrollment, Traceability, COAST App, Primary production audit of coastal aquaculture farms etc., followed by the Demo on NSWS Online registration process and interaction with stakeholders and Officers.

Additionally, the Swachhata Hi Seva Programme was conducted at M.R. Pattinam beach along with the Sub-Inspector of Fisheries, Sagar Mitra Team, and the Local Women Welfare Team.
