The NSS Units of our college, in coordination with District Hospital Chengannur, organized an AIDS Awareness Session to educate students about HIV/AIDS and promote responsible awareness. Our YUVA AAPDA MITRA volunteers had the privilege of training under Ham Radio specialist M. A. Shajahan-VU2MTP.
They have completed a 7-day Disaster Management Training Programme, jointly organized by National Disaster Management Authority, Kerala State Disaster Management Authority, and District Disaster Management Authority in association with the State NSS Cell.
The training equipped participants with essential skills in disaster preparedness, emergency response, and communication, strengthening their ability to serve communities during emergencies and natural disasters.
