ভাৰতবৰ্ষৰ এবিধ প্ৰাচীনতম খেল "লাগৰী" খেল হিচাপে নামাকৰণ কৰি নতুনত্ব প্ৰদান কৰাৰ বাবে ভাৰতবৰ্ষ লাগৰী সন্থাৰ দ্বাৰা স্বীকৃত প্ৰাপ্ত অসম লাগৰী সন্থাৰ আজি অনুষ্ঠিত হোৱা সাধাৰণ সভাত সাত খন জিলাৰ সভাপতিৰ উপস্থিতত সৰ্বসন্মতি ক্ৰমে মোক সদৌ অসম লাগৰী সন্থাৰ সভাপতি হিচাপে মনোনীত কৰে।
তেওঁলোকে মোৰ ওপৰত অগাধ বিশ্বাস ৰাখি মোক এই গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ দায়িত্ব প্ৰদান কৰাৰ বাবে মই প্ৰতিজন বিষয়ববীয়া তথা জিলাৰ প্ৰতিনিধি সকলক ধন্যবাদ আৰু কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন কৰিলো ।আগন্তক দিনত সদৌ অসম লাগৰী সন্থাৰ সভাপতি হিচাপে খেল বিধক অসমৰ চুকে কনে প্ৰচাৰ আৰু প্ৰসাৰৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত সকলো প্ৰচেষ্টাই হাতত লম আৰু ভাৰতবৰ্ষৰ ভিতৰত অসমৰ স্হান উন্নত কৰনৰ বাবে চেষ্ঠা চলাই যাম ।

I was unanimously nominated as the President of the All Assam Lagri Association in the presence of the Presidents of seven districts at the General Meeting of the Assam Lagri Association held today.
I would like to thank all the office bearers and district representatives for their immense trust in me and for giving me this important responsibility. In the coming days, as the President of Assam Lagari Association, I will make every effort to promote the sport.
