ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଏବେ ଶିଳ୍ପାୟନର ନୂଆ ଦିଗରେ ଆଗକୁ ବଢ଼ୁଛି। ବ୍ୟାପକ ନିବେଶ ସହ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ଯୁବକ-ଯୁବତୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତିର ସୁଯୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଉଛି। ନିବେଶ ବଢ଼ିବା ସହ ଯୁବପିଢ଼ିଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନୂଆ ସୁଯୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବା ହିଁ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଦିଗରେ ଆଉ ଏକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ।

ସାମାଜିକ ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷାଗତ ପଛୁଆ ବର୍ଗ ( )ର ନାଗରିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ସ୍ୱାୟତ୍ତ ଶାସନ ସଂସ୍ଥାରେ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିତ୍ୱ ଓ ସାମ୍ବିଧାନିକ ଅଧିକାର ପ୍ରଦାନ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀ ଏକ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ କମିଶନ ଗଠନ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି।

✅ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟର ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ବିଚାରପତି ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍ ପ୍ରମଥ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଏହି କମିଶନ ଗଠିତ ହୋଇଛି।

✅ ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଆଇଏଏସ୍ ଶ୍ରୀ ବିଜୟ କୁମାର ପୃଷ୍ଟି ସଦସ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ବିଭାଗୀୟ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ସୁଜାତା ମିଶ୍ର ସଦସ୍ୟ ସଚିବ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବେ।

✅ ରାଜ୍ୟର ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଓ ପୌରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ମୋଟ ଜନସଂଖ୍ୟା ତୁଳନାରେ SEBC ବର୍ଗର ଅନୁପାତ, ପ୍ରତିନିଧିତ୍ୱ ତଥା ରାଜନୈତିକ ପଛୁଆପଣର ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଓ ପ୍ରଭାବ (nature and implication of political backwardness) ଉପରେ ଏହି କମିଶନ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ କରିବ।

✅ ଏହି ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ ଆଧାରରେ ତୃଣମୂଳ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ରରେ ପଛୁଆ ବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ଉଚିତ ଅଧିକାର ଓ ସଶକ୍ତୀକରଣ ପାଇଁ ଆବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ।

✅ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର SEBC ବର୍ଗର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବୃତ୍ତିଗତ ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷାରେ ୧୧.୨୫% ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଲାଗୁ କରିସାରିଛନ୍ତି।

ସରକାରୀ ସହଯୋଗରେ ସମ୍ବଲପୁରର ସଞ୍ଜୟ ପଧାନ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ଗୋଡ଼ ହରାଇବା ପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିଜ ମନୋବଳ ହରାଇନାହାନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରୋସ୍ଥେଟିକ୍ ଲେଗ୍ ସହାୟତାରେ ଚଳପ୍ରଚଳ କରିବାର କ୍ଷମତା ଫେରିପାଇବା ପରେ ସେ ଇ-ରିକ୍ସା ଚଳାଇ ରୋଜଗାର କରିବା ସହ ସରକାରୀ ସହାୟତାରେ ପୋଲଟ୍ରି ଫାର୍ମ ଓ ଚାଷବାସ କରି ଆତ୍ମନିର୍ଭର ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। “ମୁଁ ଆଜି ଭିନ୍ନକ୍ଷମ ନୁହେଁ, ମୁଁ ସଶକ୍ତ” ବୋଲି ଦୃଢ଼ତାର ସହ କହୁଥିବା ସଞ୍ଜୟଙ୍କ ଏହି ଯାତ୍ରା ମନୋବଳ, ପରିଶ୍ରମ ଓ ସରକାରୀ ସହଯୋଗର ସମନ୍ୱୟ ଏକ ପ୍ରେରଣାଦାୟୀ କାହାଣୀ ପାଲଟିଛି।

କୋରାପୁଟର ସୁନାବେଡ଼ା ସ୍ଥିତ ହିନ୍ଦୁସ୍ତାନ ଏରୋନଟିକ୍ସ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍ (HAL) ପରିସରରେ ୨ୟ ‘ଶକ୍ତି’ ଇଞ୍ଜିନ୍ ମାନୁଫାକ୍ଚରିଂ କମ୍ପ୍ଲେକ୍ସର ଶୁଭ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ରାଜନାଥ ସିଂହଙ୍କ ସହ ଯୋଗଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କୃଷି ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ଯୋଜନାରେ ଅନୁଦାନ ଓ ସହାୟତା ପାଇ ବଲାଙ୍ଗିରର ସଞ୍ଜବତୀ ମେହେର ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଲେୟାର ପୋଲଟ୍ରି ଫାର୍ମ। ଏଠାରୁ ଦୈନିକ ପ୍ରାୟ ୪୦,୦୦୦ ଅଣ୍ଡା ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ହେବା ସହ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୦ଟି ପରିବାରକୁ ମିଳିଛି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି। ସରକାରୀ ସହାୟତା ଓ ପରିଶ୍ରମ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସେ ଆଜି ସ୍ୱାବଲମ୍ବୀ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରେରଣା ପାଲଟିଛନ୍ତି।

Empowered by the Mukhyamantri Krushi Udyog Yojana, Balangir's Sanjabati Meher established a poultry farm. Producing nearly 40,000 eggs daily and employing 20 families, her venture stands as an inspiring model of entrepreneurship and government support.

ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଆର୍ଥିକ ଅନଗ୍ରସର ଓ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଥିବା ପରିବାରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସୁଲଭ ଚିକିତ୍ସାର ଆଶାକୁ ବାସ୍ତବ ରୂପ ଦେଉଛି ‘ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ୍ ଭାରତ’ ଯୋଜନା। ବରଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଗୁରୁଖାପାଲିର ବିଜୁଳି ଦରଦିଆଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ପାଇଁ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଚିନ୍ତାର କାରଣ ପାଲଟିଥିବା ବେଳେ, ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ୍ କାର୍ଡ୍ ଆଣିଦେଇଛି ଆଶ୍ୱସ୍ତି। ଏହି କାର୍ଡ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସେ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଅପରେସନ୍ ଓ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସୁବିଧା ପାଇଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହା ତାଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଚିନ୍ତାରୁ ମୁକ୍ତି ଦେଇଛି। ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ୍ ଆଜି ଅନେକ ପରିବାର ପାଇଁ ଚିକିତ୍ସାର ଭରସା ଓ ସୁସ୍ଥ ଜୀବନର ଆଶା ପାଲଟିଛି।
