ଡବଲ ଇଞ୍ଜିନ ସରକାରରେ ବି ବୋଧହୁଏ ଓସେପା କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ନ୍ୟାୟର ଅଧ୍ୟାୟ ଟି ହଟିଯାଇଛି। ୭ ବର୍ଷର ଅପେକ୍ଷା ସରିଯାଇଛି, ଆଉ କେତେଦିନ ପରେ ଏ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ୧୨୦୦ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ନ୍ୟାୟ ପାଇବେ ତାହା ସ୍ଵଂୟ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥଙ୍କୁ ବି ଅଜଣା।

🕰️ ଗତ 25 ବର୍ଷ ରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ଧରି, OSEPA, ସମଗ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷା କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ଓଡିଶାର ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନିରବ ଭାବରେ କାମ କରିଛନ୍ତି —
ଶିକ୍ଷାଳୟ ତିଆରି କରିଛନ୍ତି 🏫, ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି 👩‍🏫, ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ଗଢିଛନ୍ତି 🌱।

କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଜି, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଗଢିଲେ ସେମାନେ ବେତନ ଜମା ଓ ନୀରବତାର ଶିକାର ହେଉଛନ୍ତି।
ଆମର ସେବା ଅବିରତ ଥିଲା, କିନ୍ତୁ ଆମର ସମ୍ମାନ ଜମି ଯାଇଛି।

❄️ “2019 ରେ ଘଣ୍ଟା ରହିଗଲା, ଆମର ସେବା ମଧ୍ୟ ଜମିଗଲା।”

ଶିକ୍ଷା ସେବାରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ମାନବଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ୟାୟ ନୁହେଁ, ନ୍ୟାୟ ମିଳିବା ଆମର ଦାବି।
