A blood donation camp has been organised by 116 BN BSF on 03 Oct 2026 in coordination with District hospital Kandhamal wherein more than 50 personnel from 116 BN bsf donated blood for the noble cause under the leadership of Sh Zafer Ismail Commandant 116 BN BSF. District hospital staff co operated in making the event successful.

🌱 Under the campaign, RHQ 110 BN BSF, Khordha, organized a plantation drive on 2 October 2026. Approximately 200 saplings were planted with active participation from BSF personnel and Indian Oil Corporation Limited representatives.

🇮🇳 On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, under the aegis of Swachhata Hi Seva–2026, BSF Odisha conducted cleanliness and plantation drives at various locations across the Frontier. A large number of BSF personnel actively participated, spreading the message of cleanliness, environmental protection and Swachhata, while reaffirming the spirit of Mahatma Gandhi’s vision of a clean and healthy India.

SLN मेडिकल कॉलेज, कोरापुट की प्रो. डॉ. संगीता दास व टीम ने स्वस्थ जीवनशैली, संतुलित आहार व हृदय स्वास्थ्य पर जागरूकता व्याख्यान दिया, जिसमें जवानों व परिजनों ने उत्साह से भाग लिया।

🇮🇳 VOLUNTARY BLOOD DONATION CAMP - SHQ BSF KORAPUT 🩸

On the occasion of National Voluntary Blood Donation Day, a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp was organised at SHQ BSF Koraput on 01 October 2026 with the support of SLN Medical College & Hospital, Koraput.

The camp witnessed enthusiastic and wholehearted participation from BSF personnel, with 26 voluntary donors coming forward to donate blood and contribute towards saving precious lives.

The initiative reflects the unwavering commitment of the Border Security Force towards humanitarian service and serving society beyond the call of operational duties.
