Circle time is an interactive and engaging activity to promote socialization, learning and overall development among young children. time was conducted for students of Classes Nursery and KG I on 9th September, 2024 during school hours. Children learnt about different types of shapes. Tiny tots enjoyed some great ideas and played simple games about learning shapes. A fun filled and joyful activity provided our little ones a platform to develop and showcase their latent talents.

"Grandparents are the roots that anchor us to our heritage and the wings that lift us towards our dreams."

On 2nd September, our school hosted a heartwarming Grandparents Day celebration for the Grandparents of students of Nursery to Class V. The event was a delightful gathering where students and their grandparents shared special moments together.

The program began with a warm welcome, followed by a Yoga performance by the students, showcasing their flexibility and discipline. This was followed by a lively dance performance that brought smiles to the faces of all the grandparents. The children also sang melodious songs, expressing their love and gratitude for their grandparents.

To add to the fun, several games were organized for the grandparents. They enthusiastically participated, filling the atmosphere with joy and laughter. The event concluded with a heartfelt thank you to all the grandparents, acknowledging the vital role they play in their grandchildren’s lives.

Overall, the day was filled with love, joy, and cherished memories, leaving both the students and their grandparents with lasting impressions.

An Aspire session was held at Sagar Public School Ratibad on the occasion of National Sports Day featuring Jyoti Ratre, a distinguished mountaineer and businesswoman. During the event, Jyoti Ma'am shared her inspiring journey, recounting her experiences of conquering some of the world’s highest peaks. Her stories highlighted the importance of perseverance, resilience, and a positive attitude in overcoming challenges.
In addition to her mountaineering achievements, she spoke about her success in the business world, drawing parallels between the strategic planning and risk management needed in both fields. Her dual role as a mountaineer and entrepreneur served as a powerful example for students, illustrating the value of following one's passions.
The session was highly motivating, leaving students inspired to set ambitious goals and pursue them with determination, both in sports and in their future careers

Janmashtami marks the birth of Lord Krishna. It is one of the most significant festivals celebrated with much joy and enthusiasm across India.
To seek the blessings of Lord Krishna, Janmashtami was celebrated at Sagar Public School, Ratibad on 24th August 2024 with mirth and joy.
It was a vibrant and joyous event. Students dressed up as Lord Krishna and Radha, showcasing their cultural attire. The day was filled with devotional songs and dances. It was a Bagless Day for Pre-Primary Section. On this joyful occasion activities were conducted for the Classes Nursery - K.G II and they made beautiful Matkis. It was a memorable and spiritually enriching experience for everyone involved.

Students of Grade II participated in a compound word activity at SPS RB. They learned to combine two words to form new ones (e.g., sun + flower = sunflower). They demonstrated creativity and understanding, creating 15 compound words through illustrations . This engaging activity enhanced their vocabulary and language skills.

संस्कृत केवल देवों की भाषा ही नहीं, बल्कि भारतीय संस्कृति की आत्मा है। भारतवर्ष में संस्कृत साहित्य बहुत ही समृद्ध रहा है।
संस्कृत दिवस प्रत्येक वर्ष भाद्रपद मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की पूर्णिमा को मनाया जाता हैं।इसी उपलक्ष्य में सागर पब्लिक स्कूल,रातीबड़ के तत्वाधान में यह आयोजन दिनांक १७/८/२०२४ शनिवार को किया गया। संस्कृत दिवस के अवसर पर छात्रों द्वारा अनेक रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम की प्रस्तुति दी गई। जिसमे कार्यक्रम का प्रारंभ संस्कृत गीत के साथ किया गया।इसी क्रम में "संस्कृत " शब्द को "देव वाणी" के रूप में संदर्भित करते हुए संस्कृत भाषा का महत्व बताया गया ।इसके उपरांत छात्राओं द्वारा मनमोहक नृत्य की प्रस्तुति दी गई। तत्पश्चात् विद्यार्थियों द्वारा लघुनाटिका के माध्यम से शिक्षा के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला गया।

Raksha Bandhan' or 'Rakhi' is a special occasion to celebrate the virtuous bond of love between a brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions.
To commemorate this festival, a Rakhi Making Activity was organized for the student of Classes Nursery to KG II on 16th August.Students made beautiful Rakhis using different articles like silken thread,ribbon, etc. Their artisanship was quite fascinating and children thoroughly enjoyed this activity that tickled their creative side.
