Behind every challenging proposition lies hours of research, thoughtful structuring, and precise legal framing.
Presenting the minds who crafted the problems for the 5th NLIU–LKS Paralegal Workshop & Training Programme, 2026
Ms. Pooja V, an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and an alumnus of our institution, has been a senior we have consistently looked up to throughout our journey. Her invaluable support and contributions to our community have been unwavering, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to her for drafting the finals problem.
Ms. Prashasti Singh, a practicing Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and our Legal Aid Clinic Convenor for the academic year 2021-22, is a force to be reckoned with. She has championed the legal aid cause with remarkable dedication. Beyond her role as our former Convenor, she continues to serve as our empanelled advocate, and we deeply appreciate her constant support and guidance.
Ms. Payal Dubey, who served as the Convenor of the Legal Aid Clinic in 2022-23, is currently practicing at the Delhi High Court. A former Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, she has been a consistent source of support, motivation, and direction for our Legal Aid Clinic. We are profoundly grateful for her enduring contributions.
Mr. Ujjwal Sharma, an alumnus of JGLS, is a practicing Counsel, Arbitrator, and Mediator at Sharma Kemp Chambers, specializing in domestic and international arbitration, environmental law, and criminal law. Ms. Vedika Mittal, a Counsel heading the Intellectual Property practice at Sharma Kemp Chambers, has also assisted in drafting the problem. We thank them both for their expert contributions and dedication to this endeavour.
We are immensely grateful to all our drafters for their time, expertise, and commitment to excellence.
