M. P. Laghu Udyog Nigam Limited In 1961, MPLUN was incorporated. Action plan & activities taken by the Organisation to achieve objectives

In 1978, MPLUN was given the dual task of providing marketing assistance to SSI sector and to act as an Official Procurement Agency of State Government. To facilitate marketing of the products of SSIs of the State. Departments and Undertakings in the procurement of good quality products at competitive rates. To introduce e-tendering and e-commerce for e-governance. To supply raw material to SSIs. To provide show window to SSI/tiny industries of the State for marketing of their products within and outside the state of MP through the chain of Mrignayani emporia. To provide testing facilities to industries & Government Departments and upgrade their technology. To display products of SSI / tiny industries of the State in the national and international Trade Fairs / Expos and assist in their promotion. To undertake construction work for Government / Semi - Government Departments / Bodies.
