pliftment of mankind and are always eager to serve without personal monetary benefit. Without any publicity ,the devoted members of the Ashram perform voluntary services in the hot summers such as providing shoes for the poor who cannot afford shoes and in very cold weather these members provide woolen clothing for those poor and needy who shiver with cold and these footwear and clothing is provided by Karunadham. Also blood donation camps, free medical camps, free distribution of medicines to patients, environmental protection, plantation of trees, pond cleaning etc. raising anti-polio awareness through rallies to create successful, sustainable and timely Mobile Pulse Polio camps organized by the ShaktiVahini.|
Free Study Center:
# For poor and impoverished children, a good education and a healthy environment is provided by "Shaktivahini service organization" Recently , nine Shanties free of cost Learning Centers have been established in slum areas. Where 264 children hare receiving training.
# These learning centers from time to time conduct free Children's medical tests.
# Children under the current education system, are provided Computer knowledge, English language training and environmental related issues are taught. Patriotism, love for motherland and lessons on Indian culture are also part of the curriculum.
# From Shakti Vahini No fee Learning Centre, educated unemployed youth are given salaried teaching jobs which benefits the unemployed youth and trains the children. Teachers are appointed, so he employs a familiar teacher and the children.
# Shanties in areas such as maximum where parents and guardians are illiterate or less educated, their children are helped with their school homework in Study centers.
# Text books, stationery, school bags, notebooks and uniforms etc. are also provided to the needy and gifts are given to children on their birthdays to make them feel special
