नई लेबर कोड्स से तमिलनाडु के Labour Welfare Boards पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं—भारत सरकार का आधिकारिक स्पष्टीकरण, NFITU Tamil Nadu ने भ्रामक दुष्प्रचार का किया खंडन”

कुछ श्रमिक संगठनों द्वारा यह भ्रामक दुष्प्रचार फैलाया जा रहा था कि नई Labour Codes के लागू होने से तमिलनाडु के Labour Welfare Boards पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ेगा। इस स्थिति को गंभीरता से लेते हुए NFITU Tamil Nadu ने राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष एवं CONCENT के Convenor डॉ. दीपक जायसवाल से तुरंत हस्तक्षेप करने का आग्रह किया। डॉ. जायसवाल ने श्रमिकों के हितों को सर्वोपरि रखते हुए 10 दिसंबर 2025 को भारत सरकार के श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय को औपचारिक प्रतिनिधित्व भेजा।

इस प्रतिनिधित्व के प्रत्युत्तर में, श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय द्वारा पत्र संख्या Z-20025/04/2024-LRC, दिनांक 10 दिसंबर 2025 के माध्यम से स्पष्ट आधिकारिक स्पष्टीकरण जारी किया गया। मंत्रालय ने कहा कि असंगठित क्षेत्र के लिए वर्तमान सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाएँ नई Labour Codes लागू होने के बाद भी यथावत जारी रहेंगी। साथ ही, प्रत्येक राज्य में Unorganized Workers’ Social Security Board का प्रावधान है, जो राज्य सरकार को असंगठित श्रमिकों के लिए उपयुक्त सामाजिक सुरक्षा एवं कल्याण योजनाएँ बनाने की सिफारिश करेगा। अतः यह स्पष्ट किया गया कि नई Labour Codes के कारण तमिलनाडु सहित किसी भी राज्य के Labour Welfare Boards पर कोई प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

NFITU Tamil Nadu इस प्रकार के आधारहीन, भ्रम फैलाने वाले एवं श्रमिकों को गुमराह करने वाले दुष्प्रचार का कड़े शब्दों में विरोध और खंडन करता है। संगठन श्रमिकों तक तथ्यों पर आधारित, सही एवं पारदर्शी जानकारी पहुँचाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है और भविष्य में भी श्रमिक हितों की रक्षा हेतु सक्रिय भूमिका निभाता रहेगा।

NFITU President Meets Coal India Chairman, Action Expected Soon on Workers’ Demands

Kolkata, 27 May 2025:
Dr. Deepak Jaiswal, National President of the National Front of Indian Trade Unions (NFITU) and Member of the Central Board of Trustees, Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, held a formal meeting today with Mr. P. M. Prasad, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Coal India Limited, at the company's headquarters in Kolkata.

The meeting was convened in connection with various demands raised by the employees of Coal India.

During the interaction, detailed discussions were held on the memorandum of demands submitted by Shri. Sanoj Kumar Behera on 22-05-2025. Chairman Mr. P. M. Prasad took note of all the demands seriously and directed prompt and positive action on the matters raised.

Senior leader of INTUC (Dadai faction) Shri. Rajneesh Seth and NFITU West Bengal President Shri. Boomba Mukherjee were also present at the meeting.

This initiative by labour unions is being viewed as a positive development in the interest of workers, and there is hope that the Coal India management will soon take the necessary steps.
