Advance Payment Alert

In terms of Finance Dept. notification no 5970-F(Y) dated 21-11-2016, all HOIs are requested to collect application in prescribed format from eligible and willing Gr C & D employees for ADVANCE DRAWAL OF SALARY and submit requisition online thereafter within 25/11/2016 (4 p.m.).
The advance salary will be adjusted against the employee's total salary due for the month of December, 2016.
The date of cash disbursement will be informed in due course.

The festival bonus link has been opened for the HOIs who failed to submit bonus in July & September. The same may now be submitted within 28/11/2016. HOIs are requested to invariably submit bonus failing which no further chance will be provided.

Please note that all kinds of restrictions on submission of salary & bonus requisition have been lifted. A new module for submission of salary has been introduced. A HELP FILE has also been given to facilitate submission.

The link would remain open till 19/09/2016.

It is hereby informed that the HOI log in of 2nd slot districts have been opened. But please note that due to server congestion the schools with employees more than 35 are temporarily barred from submission of salary & bonus till 16/9/2016. Such schools for all districts would be permitted to submit salary & bonus requisitions wef 16/9/2016.

Please note that all schools would be allowed to submit salary & bonus in time.Bonus link would be kept open till 18/9/2016. The schools should not get panicked.

Support of all stakeholders would be sincerely appreciated.

Log in schedule for salary submission has been changed. Bankura district can now log in to submit salary & bonus requisition within 9-13 Sept. 2016. Prifile update (1st joining memo, Aadhaar no. etc ) will not be available now. It will be informed later ( Probably last week of September 2016). Do keep in touch.Pls ignore any previous info. It's urgent and pass this msg to others.
