**********ರೈತರ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕ ಮರಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಣವೆಗಳ ನಷ್ಟ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಯೋಜನೆ**********

ಒಂದು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳಿಗಿರುವಷ್ಟೇ ಮಹತ್ವ ಕೃಷಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೂ ಇದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರು ದೇಶದ ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬು. ದೇಶದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ರೈತರ ಪಾತ್ರ ಗಣನೀಯ. ದೇಶದ ರೈತರ ಹಾದಿ ಸುಗಮವಾದುದ್ದೇನೂ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಶ್ರಮಜೀವಿಗಳಾದ ರೈತರು ಅಸಂಘಟಿತ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ವರ್ಗದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರೈತರ ಬಿಡುವಿಲ್ಲದ ದುಡಿಮೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಬಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಣಾಪಾಯಗಳೂ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವುದು ಉಂಟು. ಅಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗಬೇಕೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮನಗಂಡು, ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ರೈತರ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕ ಮರಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಣವೆಗಳ ನಷ್ಟ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಉದ್ದೇಶ:
ರೈತರು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೃಷಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಹಾವು ಕಡಿತದಿಂದ, ಮರಗಳಿಂದ ಬಿದ್ದು ಅಥವಾ ಇತರೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕಗಳಿಂದ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದೇ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ.

ರೈತರಿಗೆ ದೊರೆಯುವ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು:

1. ಹಾವು ಕಡಿತದಿಂದ, ಮರಗಳಿಂದ ಬಿದ್ದು, ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಆಕ್ಷ್ಮಿಕಗಳಿಂದ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ ರೈತರು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೃಷಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅರ್ಹ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳೀಗೆ 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಸಹಾಯಧನವನ್ನು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
2. ಬೆಂಕಿ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕಗಳಿಂದ ಹುಲ್ಲು ಮೆದೆ/ಬಣವೆಗಳು ನಷ್ಟವಾದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ.10,000ಗಳ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

***********A SCHEME TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR FARMERS*********

Agriculture is the backbone of our Nation. Its importance in the economy of the country cannot be over-emphasized. The Indian farmer is a part of the unorganized labor force.

The Government of Karnataka has realized the role of farmers and has brought out several schemes to safeguard the interests of the farmers. One such scheme is the relief to farmers scheme which aims to provide relief to farmers and their relatives in case of accidental death of farmers by snake bite, falling down from trees or death occurred in the process of any other activity related to farming or agricultural activity.
Objective:

The main objective of the scheme is to provide relief to farmers or relatives in case of accidental death of farmers by snake bite, felling down from the trees or death occurred in the process of any other activity related to farming or any other agricultural activity. It also intends to provide relief to the farmers in case of fire accidents to their hay stock.

What are the benefits?
• A relief of 1lakh rupees will be given under this scheme to the farmers succumb to accidental death due to snake bites, felling down from the trees or due to any accidents in course of death agricultural activities. This help will be given to farmers or agricultural labourers as the case may be.
• A relief to the tune of 10000rs will be provided to farmers in case their hay stock is destroyed due to fire and such other accidents

ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಚೈತನ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆ ಎಂದರೇನು?

ನಮ್ಮ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಯುವಕರು ಅಸಾಧಾರಣಾ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತರು ಆದರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ, ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆ ಕಮರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿ, ಅವರ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗೆ ಮನ್ನಣೆ ನೀಡಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡುವ, ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅವರು ಸ್ವ-ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯೇ ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಚೈತನ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆ.
ಆರ್‍ಜಿ.ಸಿ.ವೈ ಯಾರಿಗೆ?
ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಈವರೆವಿಗೂ ಯಾವ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯದ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ
18-35 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಗಾಮ್ರ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳದ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ.

ಯಾವುದಾದರೋಮದು ಕಾರ್ಯದ/ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ/ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಸಾಧ್ಯಾಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರು ಮಾಡುವ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಯೋಜನಾ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುವ ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. 2 ವಾರದೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇದನ್ನು ತಾವು ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೃಷಿಯೇತರ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮುಗಿದ 2 ವಾರಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

What is RGCY?

Rural youth are a talented lot, but are deprived of sufficient employment opportunities. Rajiv Gandhi Chaitanya yojane aims at harnessing the latent talent of rural youth by providing employment opportunities to them along with training and creating self employment opportunities.
Who can be benefitted by RGCY?
Proposed Rajiv Gandhi Chaitanya Yojane is meant only for unemployed youth who have not obtained any assistance from government scheme.
The youth aged between 18-35 who are living in the jurisdictions of Gram Panchayat and unemployed, who are not involved in any activity, are eligible to be the beneficiaries of this scheme.

It is essential to prepare project proposal for the commencement of any work. Financial institutions provide finance based on the proposal. Project supporting agency must help the joint liability groups youth to prepare proposals within 2 weeks on the project they have to take up after obtaining vocational training in agricultural and non-agricultural sectors.

ಕೃಷಿಕ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಶಕ್ತೀಕರಣ ಯೋಜನೆ

ಕೃಷಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರದ್ದು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಪಾತ್ರ. ಬಹುತೇಕ ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಲಾರದು. ಕೃಷಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟು ದುಡಿಯುವ ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೃಷಿಕ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಶಕ್ತೀರಣ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೃಷಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿ, ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಹಿನಿಗೆ ತರುವುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಯೋಜನೆಯ ವಿವರಗಳು:
ಕೃಷಿಕ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಶಕ್ತೀಕರಣ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಸ್ವ-ಸಹಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೃಷಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಸಾಮಥ್ರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಡುವುದು, ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೃಷಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ನೆರವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ಯಾರು?
ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ/ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರರು ಮತ್ತು ಬುಡಕಟ್ಟು ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಗಿಂತ ಕೆಳಗಿರುವ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು
ಕೃಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರೇ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿರುವ ಬಡ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು.
ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳೇನು?
ಸ್ವ-ಸಹಾಯ ಸಂಘಗಳು/ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ/ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಗುಂಪುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೃಷಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟಿಸುವುದು.
ಕೃಷಿ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಲ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಫಲವತ್ತತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ.
ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ, ಜ್ಞಾನ, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಅವರ ಕೃಷಿಯ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ವೃದ್ಧಿಸುವುದು. ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ತಜ್ಷರ ಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಸಂವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವುದು, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಭೇಟಿ, ಮೊದಲಾದವು ಯೋಜನಾ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಂತಗಳು.

ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯ ಮಿಷನ್ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿಯು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಯೋಜನಾ ಅನುಮೋದನಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.

It intends to provide adequate skills and ensure confidence in them to bring them to mainstream under KRISHIKA MAHILA
SASHAKTHIKARAN YOJANA.

WHAT IS THE SCHEME ABOUT?

KRISHIKA MAHILA SASHAKTHIKARAN YOJANA gives more importance to forming self – help group among women farmers. It also gives assistance to provide training in skills and develop their potential in agriculture and agriculture based activities.
The main objective of the scheme is to inculcate and strengthen the agriculture based livelihood activities of rural women, participate and increase production in agricultural activities through organised investment and to strengthen women in agricultural activities.
WHO ARE THE BENEFICIARIES?
Very poor, downtrodden women among SCs / STs, Minorities and primitive tribal people.
Poor families where women are heads of households involved in agriculture and allied activities.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Organise women in agricultural activities through women self – help groups / federation of SHGs / w omen farmer’s groups.
Preference is given to conserve water and land etc., in order to provide facilities to women in agricultural sector.
To provide adequate information on market, knowledge, increasing value for products at rural level, training, skills in agriculture, arranging meetings with agricultural and technical experts to acquire technical expertise, interaction, exhibition, field visits in order to increase women farmer’s involvement.

The scheme is implemented through Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Mission. The implementing agency will submit proposal to KSRLM State level Project Approval Committee reviews the proposals at State level and approves it.

ಭೂಚೇತನ ಎಂದರೇನು?

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಖುಷ್ಕಿ, ನೀರಾವರಿ ಭತ್ತ ಮತ್ತು ಕಬ್ಬು ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ರೈತರ ಜೀವನ ಮಟ್ಟ ಉತ್ತಮಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ರೈತರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಬೇಸಾಯ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ವೃದ್ಧಿಸುವ ಭೂಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.

ಉತ್ತಮ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಆಯ್ದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಖುಷ್ಕಿ ಬೆಳೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಾವರಿ ಭತ್ತ ಮತ್ತು ಕಬ್ಬಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯನ್ನು ಶೇ.20ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.

ರೈತರಿಗೆ ದೊರೆಯುವ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು:

ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಡುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಉತ್ತಮ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆಗಳಾದ ಮಣ್ಣು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮತೋಲನ ಪೋಷಕಾಂಶ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಮಣ್ಣು ಮತ್ತು ಮಳೆ ನೀರು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಸುಧಾರಿತ ಭೂಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಿನ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಸುಧಾರಿತ ತಳಿಗಳು, ಬೀಜೋಪಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಪೀಡೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗಳ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ರೈತರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಜಮೀನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರತೆಯಿರುವ ಪೋಷಕಾಂಶಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಮಣ್ಣು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಪೋಷಕಾಂಶಗಳ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಆಯ್ದ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಬೇಕಾಗುವಂತಹ ಪರಿಕರಗಳನ್ನು ಜೈವಿಕ ಪೀಡೆನಾಶಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಸ್ಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಔಷಧಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಲಘು ಪೋಷಕಾಂಶಗಳು ಸಹಾಯಧನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಗ್ರಾಮ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ರೈತರ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಥ್ರ್ಯ ವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

What is Bhuchetana?

The Government of Karnataka has initiated a novel mission mode project 'Bhoochetana' with the mission goal of increasing average productivity of selected rain fed crops by 20%.

What are the benefits to the farmers?

Farmers are given soil health cards, which show the nutrient status of their fields along with fertilizer recommendations for different crops.

Farmers are encouraged to undertake participatory evaluation by comparing their practices with the improved management option.

Random stratified soil sampling is conducted with farmers. soil samples are analysed in a laboratory, macro and micro nutrients present in soil samples are discussed with farmers’ groups. Recommendations are made based on the soil test.

Training is imparted in selected villages to all farmers to implement improved practices for sustainable management of natural resources and enhancing productivity in dry land areas. Organic pesticides and nutrients are supplied using the subsidy amount.

Training and skill development sessions are held for the farmers at the village level as part of capacity building programme under the scheme.

ಜೀವ ವಿಮೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವಿಮೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಂದು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಬಡತನದರೇಖೆಗಿಂತ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ವಿಮೆ ಅಂದರೇನು ಎಂದೇ ತಿಳಿಯದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ. ಇನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದಂತೂ ಕನಸಿನ ಮಾತೇ.
ಜೀವ ವಿಮೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಸಮಾಜದ ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೂ ತಲುಪುವಂತಾಗಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವ ಸದಾಶಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ್ದು. ಈ ದಿಶೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ವಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದೆ.

ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು?
18 ರಿಂದ 59 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿರುವ, ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಗಿಂತ ಕೆಳಗಿರುವವರು ಅಥವಾ ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಗಿಂತ ತುಸುವೇ ಮೇಲಿರುವವರು / ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದ ಭೂರಹಿತ ರೈತರು,ಬೀಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು, ಕಾರ್ಪೆಂಟರ್, ಹಮಾಲರು, ಸಫಾಯಿ ಕರ್ಮಚಾರಿಗಳು, ಆಟೋ ಚಾಲಕರು ಇನ್ನೂ ಮುಂತಾದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.

ವಿಮೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು?
ವಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರವಾನಗಿ ಪಡೆದು ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
ವಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿ, ಮತದಾರರ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ, ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ- ಈ ಪೈಕಿ ಯಾವುದಾದರೊಂದನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.

ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕವಾಗಿ ರೂ.200. ಕಂತನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಬೇಕು. 30,000 ರೂ.ಗಳ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಸಹಜ ಸಾವಿಗೆ 30,000 ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶಿತರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತದಿಂದ ಸಾವು ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದರೆ ರೂ 75.000 ಗಳನ್ನು, ದೈಹಿಕ ನ್ಯೂನತೆ ಉಂಟಾದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ 37,500 ಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ 2 ಮತ್ತು 9 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದ 12 ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ವರೆಗೆ ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವ 2 ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಾಹೆ 100 ರೂ.ಗಳಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಯಾರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬೇಕು:
ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬಹುದು.

Life and health insurance are two things which have become mandatory in today’s world. But for those who belong to below poverty line, insurance is still a dream.
The Government aims to reach out this facility of insurance to the last person in the state. Aam Admi Bima Yojna extends the facility of insurance to ordinary people.

Who are eligible?
The member should be aged between 18 years to 59 years to join this scheme. The member should normally be the head of the family or one earning member of the below poverty line family (BPL) or marginally above the poverty line under identified vocational group/rural landless farmers etc.

How to avail the facility:
Eligible person can enroll into scheme only by registering in Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee. One need to submit age proof documents i.e. Ration Card or Copy of Birth Registered or Copy of School Certificate or Copy of Voter ID card or Copy of Identity card issued by reputed employer/Government Department or Copy of Adhar Card. Beedi Workers, Carpenters, Fishermen, Hamals and other unorganized workers are eligible.

Advantages under the Scheme:

on natural Death -unfortunate death of the member, during the period of insurance cover the Sum Assured of 30,000/- under assurance, then in force, shall become payable to the nominee/legal heirs. II- On Accidental Death/Disability - 75000 to be paid, on accidental death, on Permanent Total Disability, due to accident (Loss of 2 eyes or 2 limbs OR Loss of one eye & one limb, in an accident) ` 75000 to be paid, and Loss of one eye or one limb, in an accident ` 37,500/- to be paid. III- Scholarship - Scholarship as a Free Add-on benefit will be provided to a maximum of two children of the beneficiary studying between 9th to 12th Standard @ Rs.100/= per month for each child payable half yearly – on 1st July and on 1st January, each year.

ನಮ್ಮ ರೈತ ಸಮುದಾಯವು ಇಂದಿಗೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೃಷಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಳೆಯನ್ನೇ ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅರಣ್ಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳು ಕ್ಷೀಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ನೀರಿನ ಮೂಲಗಳಾದ ತೆರೆದ ಬಾವಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಳಗಳು. ದಿನೇ ದಿನೇ ಮಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಹೊಸ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಬಳಕೆಯಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊರೆದು ನೀರನ್ನು ತೆಗೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಕಾಲಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಕೊಳವೆ ಬಾವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನೀರು ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಅತಿಯಾದ ಬಳಕೆಯಿಂದ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಮಟ್ಟ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಗಂಭೀರತೆಯನ್ನು ಅರಿತು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ನೀರಿನ ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಸದೃಢಗೊಳಿಸುವತ್ತ ದಿಟ್ಟ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಳ್ಳಿ-ನಮ್ಮ ಜಲ ಯೋಜನೆಯೂ ಒಂದು.

ನಮ್ಮ ಹಳ್ಳಿ-ನಮ್ಮ ಜಲ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಹಾತ್ಮಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಖಾತರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು
ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಭೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಚೆಕ್ ಡ್ಯಾಂ, ಫಾರಂ ಕೊಳಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಗು ಗುಂಡಿಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.

Our farming fraternities are dependent on rainfall for agricultural activities. With the shrinkage of forest area and dwindling of traditional water bodies like open wells and ponds, people resorted to drawing water from deeper aquifers through bore well technology. After quenching the excessive thirst of time these bore wells also are drying up. As a result water has become a scarcity. Excessive usage of ground water has caused tremendous decline of ground water.
Government intends to recharge our water sources through many efforts. In a determined endeavor it has taken up many schemes and is intent on implementing them.

What is Our Village- our Water about?

Our Village –Our Water is a programme through which the Government aims to revive and rejuvenate the water bodies.
Construction of check dams, farm ponds, and gully checks will be undertaken.

How can it be implemented?

1. All the activities of Our village-Our water will be implemented under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.
2. The programme will be discussed in gram sabha and its work details will be charted out.
