ರೌಡಿಶೀಟರ್‌ಗಳ ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಡಿವಾಣ ಹಾಕುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಸಿಬಿ ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಅಪರಾಧ ದಳದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದೆ.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದೆ ತಲೆಮರೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ರೌಡಿಶೀಟರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಡೆಮುರಿ ಕಟ್ಟುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

The CCB Organised Crime Wing’s special operation to curb the illegal activities of rowdy-sheeters continues.

As part of the operation, two rowdy-sheeters who had been absconding for years, evading the police and failing to appear before the court, were finally apprehended, bringing them to justice and ensuring justice for the victims.

ಮಿಷನ್ ‘ರೈಸ್’ (RISE) ಮತ್ತು ‘ಬೇಡ ಬ್ರೋ’ (Beda Bro) ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ, ಡ್ರಗ್ಸ್ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಮಾಸಿಕ ‘ಎನ್‌ಸಿಒಆರ್‌ಡಿ’ (NCORD) ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಘಗಳನ್ನು (RWA) ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.
ವಿದೇಶಿ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮನೆ ಅಥವಾ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ನೀಡುವಾಗ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ವಹಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. 24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಾಲ ಉಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವಿದೇಶಿ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಎಫ್‌ಆರ್‌ಆರ್‌ಒಗೆ (FRRO) ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ‘ಸಿ-ಫಾರ್ಮ್’ (C-Form) ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಶಂಕಿತ ಮಾದಕದ್ರವ್ಯ ಮಾರಾಟ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ವರದಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದೆ.
ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಇಂತಹ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ 112, 1908 ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಥವಾ ‘ಕೆಎಸ್‌ಪಿ’ (KSP) ಆಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ‘ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತು ಮುಕ್ತ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ’ (Drug-Free Karnataka) ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರೌಡಿಶೀಟರ್‌ಗಳ ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಡಿವಾಣ ಹಾಕುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಸಿಬಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗದೆ ತಲೆಮರೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದೆ ಇದ್ದ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ 17ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ರೌಡಿಶೀಟರ್‌ಗಳು/ಆರೋಪಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ರೌಡಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ತೀವ್ರಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

The CCB Police have undertaken a special operation to curb the illegal activities of rowdy-sheeters in Bengaluru.

Over the past one month, action has been taken against rowdy-sheeters who were absconding from the police and failing to appear before the courts in various cases. Overall, appropriate legal action has been taken against more than 17 rowdy-sheeters/accused persons. The CCB will further intensify its operations against rowdy activities in Bengaluru in the coming days.

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಮೂಢನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ರೆಡ್ ಸ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಬೋವಾ ಹಾವನ್ನು ₹1 ಕೋಟಿಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದ ಆರೋಪದ ಮೇಲೆ ಓರ್ವ ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಸಿಸಿಬಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ತನಿಖಾ ತಂಡ ಬಂಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯ ವೇಳೆ ಒಂದು ಜೀವಂತ ಹಾವು ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ ಅನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕೋರಲ್‌ ಸೀ ಫ್ಯಾನ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆರು ಮಂದಿ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ, 970 ಸಾಫ್ಟ್ ಕೋರಲ್‌ ಸೀ ಫ್ಯಾನ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂರು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಜಪ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅಪರೂಪದ ಜೀವಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದ್ರ ಜೀವಿಗಳ ಅಕ್ರಮ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರವನ್ನು ಮಟ್ಟಹಾಕಲು ಸಿಸಿಬಿ ಸದಾ ಸನ್ನದ್ಧವಾಗಿರಲಿದೆ.

The CCB Special Investigation Team has arrested one accused person for allegedly attempting to sell a Red Sand Boa snake for ₹1 crore by using public superstition. During the operation, one live snake and one mobile phone were seized.

In another case, six accused persons were arrested for illegally collecting and attempting to sell coral sea fans, resulting in the seizure of 970 soft coral sea fans and three mobile phones.

The CCB remains ever-vigilant and prepared to curb the illegal trade of rare wildlife and marine species.

ಮಧ್ಯರಾತ್ರಿ ವ್ಹೀಲಿಂಗ್, ತ್ರಿಬಲ್ ರೈಡಿಂಗ್, ನಂಬರ್ ಪ್ಲೇಟ್ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಂಚಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮದ್ಯ ಸೇವಿಸಿ ಕಿರಿಕ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ 19 ಮಂದಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಿಸಿಬಿಯ ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಅಪರಾಧ ದಳದ ಪೂರ್ವ ವಿಭಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾದಕದ್ರವ್ಯ ನಿಗ್ರಹ ದಳ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

ಸಿಸಿಬಿ ತಂಡ ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಗಸ್ತು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಕಿರಿಕಿರಿ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವ ಅಥವಾ ನಗರದ ಶಾಂತಿ-ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.

19 people were booked for midnight wheeling, triple riding, riding without number plates, and creating disturbances by consuming alcohol in public places.

The CCB’s Organised Crime Wing (East Division) and Anti-Narcotics Wing are conducting regular night patrols across the city.

Any activity that causes public inconvenience or disrupts peace and order will invite strict action.

ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮದ್ಯಪಾನ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ 18 ಪುಂಡರನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಗರದ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಂತಿ ಕದಡುವವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮುಲಾಜಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಠಿಣ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಇಂತಹ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಗಳು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲಿವೆ.

To maintain law and order and ensure women's safety in the city, officers from the CCB's Economic Offences Wing and Women Protection Wing conducted a joint intensive late-night patrol.

During the special drive, 18 miscreants found consuming alcohol in public spaces and causing a nuisance were detained, with petty cases registered against them under the Karnataka Police Act.

Stringent legal action will be initiated against anyone disrupting public peace on city streets, and such operations will continue relentlessly in the public interest.
