The domestic LPG refill booking interval has been uniformly set at 25 days for both urban and rural consumers, effective immediately.

With LPG supplies improving and refill backlogs significantly reduced, the rural consumer interval has been revised from 45 days to 25 days.

The revised interval brings greater consistency to LPG refill bookings nationwide, while ensuring continued access to clean cooking fuel.

Across India, Fire Service uniforms may vary by State, department and organisation. Some services follow a white shirt with dark-blue trousers, while others use khaki uniforms with distinctive Fire Service shoulder insignia such as the impeller and wreath.

Even Central Government organisations have their own uniform systems. For example, personnel associated with the NFSC may wear khaki while using Fire Service-specific rank insignia. Other organisations, such as CISF, have their own prescribed uniforms and rank insignia according to their role and organisation.

Similarly, airport fire and rescue services may have their own distinctive uniform patterns.
Different uniforms. Different insignia. Different organisations.
But one mission — to protect life and save lives.

🔹 1. vertical storage tank
A widely used upright tank for storing liquids and chemicals while requiring relatively less floor space.

🔹 2. horizontal storage tank
Designed for horizontal installation and commonly used for fuels, chemicals, and process liquids.

🔹 3. API storage tank
Designed according to applicable API standards and widely used in petroleum, oil, and chemical industries. 🛢️

🔹 4. elevated water tank
Stores water at height to provide gravity-based pressure and distribution. 💧

🔹 5. spherical tank
Its spherical geometry provides efficient stress distribution and is often used for pressurized storage.

🔹 6. rectangular tank
Suitable where space utilization and modular construction are important.

🔹 7. conical bottom tank
Features a sloping bottom that helps with complete drainage and handling of solids or slurry.

🔹 8. jacketed tank

Made from fibre-reinforced plastic and offers excellent corrosion resistance with relatively low weight.
