WASTE COLLECTION CENTRE.

The Domlur waste collection centre ward 112, at its worse,is primarily utilized for indiscriminate dumping of tree cuttings, abandoned vehicles, debris, tender coconut waste, shells, compactors, autos, two-wheelers, and various other scrap items. The true purpose of the facility remains obscured and unspoken.

In addition to the aforementioned issues, the area experiences further congestion due to the parking of compactors and autos from neighboring wards, exacerbating the existing problems.

Regrettably, the centre has transformed into a clandestine hub for illicit activities such as gambling, drug use, prostitution, and alcohol consumption. It also serves as a hideout for criminal activities, posing a significant risk of serious mishaps and potential fire outbreaks in the near future.

It is imperative that the BBMP Hierarchy takes a proactive approach in addressing these serious concerns. A thorough examination of the situation from the top down is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the facility and mitigate the potential risks associated with its current state.
