ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ತುಂಬುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದನ್ನು ತುಂಬುವ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಸಹ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೂ ಇದನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ NPS ನೌಕರರು ಭಾಗಿದಾರರು ಆಗುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ನಮ್ಮ ನೈಜ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಬೀತು ಪಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮ್ಮ ಬದುಕಿನ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಗಟ್ಟಿಧ್ವನಿ ತೊರ್ಪಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಾಂತಾರಾಮ್ ತೇಜ್ ಶ್ರೀಸಿದ್ದಪ್ಪ ಸಂಗಣ್ಣನವರ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗೆ ಶಕ್ತಿ ತುಂಬುವ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗೋಣ ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಂತಿಪೂರ್ವಕ ಕೋರಿಕೆ.

ಎಂಬುವುದು ರಾಜ್ಯ NPS ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಪದಗಳೇ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲ.

ಈ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರೋರು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಈ ವಿಷಯ ಗಮನಿಸಿರಿ.

ನಂತರ,,,,,
ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಎಲ್ಲರೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಆಳಕ್ಕಿಳಿದು ಇದು ನಿಜ್ವಾಗ್ಲೂ ಹೌದು ಅಥವಾ ಈ ತರ ಅಲ್ಲ : ಈ ತರ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿದೆ.

NPS ನೌಕರರು ತಾಳಿದವನು ಬಾಳಿಯಾನು ಎಂಬ ನಾಣ್ಣುಡಿಯಂತೆ ಕಾದು ಕಾದು,,,,,ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷ ಕಾಲ ಕಳೆದು / ಸಮಯ ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ಆಗಿದೆ.
ಇಷ್ಟರೊಳಗೆ NPS ನೌಕರರ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹೀನಾಯ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಮಟ್ಟದ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದು ಕೂಡಾ ಕಣ್ಮುಂದೆ ಇದೆ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
NPS ನೌಕರರು ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಇದ್ದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದಂತೆ 2026 ನೇ ಜೂನ್ 28 ರಂದು OPS ಮರು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನ ಕಾಣಲು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಆಗ ಅವರು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿ..... ಎನ್ನುವಂತೆ ಇದೇ 2026 ನೇ ಮುಂದಿನ ಜುಲೈ 11 ರಂದು ಇನ್ನೂ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ NPS ನೌಕರರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬನ್ನಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ,,,,,ಊಟ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಕಳಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ವಂದನೆಗಳು 🙏..🙏

ಆದರೆ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
2026 ನೇ ಜುಲೈ 11 ರಂದು ನೆಡೆದ ಆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ 30 ರಿಂದ 40 ಸಾವಿರ NPS ನೌಕರರು ಸೇರಿದ್ದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಭಾಷಣ ಬಹಳ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಅಂತರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ OPS ಗಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಹೃದಯ ತೆರೆದಿದ್ದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಆದರೂ ಭಾಷಣ ಎಷ್ಟು ಚನ್ನಾಗಿತ್ತು ಎಂದರೆ................................ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವರೆಗೂ NPS ನರಕ ಎಂದು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸದೇ,,,ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಎಂದು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸದೇ,,,ವರ್ಷ ವರ್ಷ ಕಳೆಳಿದ್ದು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸದೇ,,,OPS ಗಾಗಿ ಬಹಳ ಉದಾಸಿನ ತೋರಿಸಿ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

ಈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಎದುರು ನೋಡಿದಂತ 2,93,000 NPS ನೌಕರರು ಹಿಡಿಶಾಪ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸತ್ಯ.

Subject: Request to consider the present benefits and pension interests of NPS employees while taking decisions regarding NPS/PFRDA

Respected Sir,

I respectfully request the Hon’ble Chief Minister to consider the genuine concerns of Government employees covered under the National Pension System (NPS) and to examine the present benefits available to them before taking any final decision regarding their pension system.

NPS employees have been contributing a portion of their salary every month towards their retirement security. The Government is also making its prescribed contribution. Therefore, the pension-related contributions accumulated over the years represent the long-term savings and retirement expectations of thousands of Government employees.

There is also an important financial aspect that deserves consideration. If, from today onwards, the Government were to discontinue its prescribed 14% contribution towards PFRDA/NPS for eligible employees, the corresponding amount based on the employees’ basic pay and applicable rules would no longer have to be contributed by the Government to NPS. This would potentially leave a substantial amount of Government funds available for other purposes, including development and welfare activities.

Therefore, the financial implications of the existing NPS system should be examined comprehensively. The Government may assess how much is being contributed every month towards NPS and compare this with the financial requirements of an alternative pension arrangement. At the same time, the retirement security and legitimate expectations of employees should not be compromised.

Before introducing or assuring any alternative arrangement, it is requested that the Government carefully examine and protect the benefits already accrued to NPS employees, including their accumulated contributions, Government contributions, pension-related benefits and other legitimate entitlements.

Many employees have entered Government service with the expectation that their retirement savings and pension benefits would provide financial security after completing their years of public service. Any change in the pension system should therefore ensure that employees do not suffer a financial loss because of the transition from one system to another.

I humbly request the Hon’ble Chief Minister to:

1. Consider the present benefits and accumulated interests of NPS employees before taking any final decision.
2. Ensure that the contributions already made by employees and the Government are fully protected.
3. Examine the financial implications of the Government's existing 14% contribution towards NPS/PFRDA.
4. Assess whether discontinuing such contributions under a suitable alternative pension arrangement could make substantial Government funds available for development and welfare activities.
5. Consider whether these financial resources can be utilised to provide a more secure and predictable pension arrangement for employees.
6. Consult employee representatives and stakeholders before implementing any major change.
7. Ensure that any transition to a new pension arrangement does not adversely affect employees who have already completed several years of Government service under NPS.
8. Consider a fair and financially sustainable solution that balances employees’ retirement security with the State Government’s financial responsibilities.

Government employees have dedicated a significant part of their working lives to public service. Their retirement security is therefore not merely a financial matter but also an important aspect of employee welfare and social security.

I sincerely request the Hon’ble Chief Minister to consider the matter sympathetically and take appropriate steps to protect the legitimate pension interests and present benefits of NPS employees while also examining the potential financial resources available to the Government for development and welfare.

ಇದ್ದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಏಕಾಏಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು 1/4/2004 ರಲ್ಲಿ NPS ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿತು.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ,,,,,
ಇದರ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು 1/4/2006 ರಲ್ಲಿ NPS ಯೋಜನೆ ತಂದಿತು.

ಇದಾದ ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಈ NPS ಯೋಜನೆ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಬಾಧಕ - ಮಾರಕ - ತಾರಕ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಯಿತು.

ಈಗ ಇವೆರಡರ ತತ್ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಗಳಿಂದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ & ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಹ ಇಂದು - ಮುಂದು - ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಈಗ ಈ NPS ಯೋಜನೆ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಬಾಧಕ ಆಗಿದೆ.

ಇದು ಕಾರಣ,,,,,
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈಗ ಈ NPS ಯೋಜನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪುನಃ ಪರಾಮರ್ಶಿಸಿ,

ಅಥವಾ,,,,,

PFRDA ಕಾಯಿದೆಗೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಿ,ಕಟಾವ್ ಹಣ ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆದು,

ಅಥವಾ,,,,,

NPS ನೌಕರರ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ PFRDA ಕಾಯಿದೆ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿ OPS ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು.
