Our volunteers came forward to serve the needy in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. There are about 110 elderly residents in these old age homes collectively.

Hrudaya Spandana means “Reverberations of Pure Love” and it represents the resounding rhythm of the heart of our volunteers to spread the universal and unconditional Love! Our Vision is “to enhance human values such as Sathya, Dharma, Shanthi, Prema and Ahimsa in generations to come through selfless service” and our Motto is “Serve to Live and Live to Serve”. We served 5600+ food boxes in less than 50 days and also provided oxygen concentrators for the needy as a part of our SOS project. We at Hrudaya Spandana are supporting old-age homes named Aashraya Seva Trust near Kanakapura Road in Bangalore and Sri Sai Dwarakamayee Vruddhashrama near Nandi Hills in Karnataka. Apart from supporting them with their essential needs our volunteers also visit these ashrams on a monthly basis. They spend some time with the residents by singing bhajans, serving them food, helping them in their activities and spreading love to them for which they are longing. We also have started the Breakfast Seva to serve tasty and nutritious breakfast to more than 300 children of Government Schools at Kodigehalli, Khajisonnenahalli and Goravigere in Bangalore. We are in the process of expanding our Seva activities to more old-age homes and Government schools.

God does not always reveal Himself through grandeur and miracles; sometimes, He comes quietly, as Love.

Lord Krishna taught us to walk the path of Dharma, to perform our duties with Devotion, to face life with Courage, and to Surrender the fruits of our actions at the feet of the Divine.

On this sacred Janmashtami, may the Divine bless us with the Love that asks for nothing, the Compassion that sees no difference, the Faith that never gives up, and the Seva that is offered without any expectations.

May we celebrate not only the birth of Lord Krishna, but also the awakening of His Divine Love within our own hearts.

Sairam brothers and sisters - Raksha Bandhan is more than a sacred thread; it is a beautiful reminder of the Divine bond that connects every heart through Love, Care and Compassion.

In every bond of true affection, there is a silent promise to care, to stand by one another, and to be a source of strength through every journey of Life.

On this sacred dawn of the New Year, we humbly welcome the advent of Sri Parābhava Nāma Samvatsara.

“Parābhava” signifies the dissolution of ego — a gentle yet profound reminder that true growth begins when the lower self yields to the Divine will. What may appear as ‘defeat’ in the worldly sense transforms, through Divine grace, into an opportunity for inner elevation — nurturing humility, surrender, and wisdom.

Ugadi, through the wisdom of the Shadruchis, teaches us to embrace every flavour of life — the sweet, sour, bitter, pungent, astringent, and salty — as Divine prasadam. In this year of Parābhava, may each of these experiences refine us, soften our ego, deepen our humility, and guide us toward inner balance and truth.
