⚖️ Karnataka HC strongly reprimands Whitefield Police over violations of arrest guidelines in my case.

The Court’s sharp “Darkfield Police Station” remark says it all.

A stay has been granted, and the final hearing is on Sept 25. The Court has also directed DGP & IGP to issue guidelines against illegal arrests.

ಅಯೋಧ್ಯೆಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಸರ್ಫರಾಜ್ ಖಾನ್ ಅವರ ಬಳಿ ಬಾಂಬ್ ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನದ ಕುರಿತು ಕೈಬರಹದ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಅವರನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಕುರಿತು ತನಿಖೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದ್ದು, ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಪರಾಧ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ದೃಢಪಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
