10th June, 2026 || ONGC Khambhat || World Environment Day

It was a meaningful interaction with the ONGC team through our data-driven experiential workshops organized as a part of World Environment Day celebrations. 🌱

The day started with The Complexity Game where participants got into the shoes of World leaders tasked to develop their economies. This role-playing simulation brings out the pressing dilemmas of a leader in decision-making whilst operating in a multi-stakeholder environment especially when it comes to sustainable and environment-friendly growth. 😕
The simulation captures the essence that for protecting a common resource like environment, a timely, multi-dimensional collective action is needed. 🤝

The session was followed by our flagship Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples session which, through real-time data analysis, showcases how our smallest mindful lifestyle choices can collectively create a big positive shift enhancing both our personal wellbeing as well as contributing towards Climate Action. 📈 ♻️

Such discussions really create a platform to rethink what more can be done both at personal and professional level to improve the sustainability quotient. ☮️ 🌍

Thanks to Bambode Sir for anchoring this event for the ONGC Khambhat team and Biswajit ji for the seamless coordination. Gratitude to Praveendra Kumar sir for introducing our work to ONGC Limited and Yug for co-facilitating the workshop with us. 💌

7th June, 2026 || Pune || World Environment Day Celebration

Encouraging

It was a day well spent interacting with a closed group of friends, colleagues and mentors showcasing the work of Bridge4Change Foundation through workshops, on the occasion of World Environment Day.

The get together was organized at the serene and quiet Heartfulness - Pune. We were joined by a few participants from the centre as well. Overall, we had a small but diverse group of people serving as working professionals in corporates, academia, housewives and others.

The day started with a lovely sharing by Hrishikesh ji about the history of the Heartfulness movement followed by a 15-min guided silence. It was followed by three of our primary offerings Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples, The Complexity Game and The Ethics Reflection session. The sessions were very received and we received valuable inputs on how we can bring more impetus to the Yes! I am Mindful movement, we are gradually co-creating.

Thanks to the Heartfulness - Pune for offering the space for conducting our get together. Deep gratitude to Amol for supporting us in planning and coordination of the event on ground. A big shoutout to all the participants who took out time to come and experience our work.

This engagement was truly special.

On the eve of World Environment Day, we found ourselves part of something deeply meaningful — a collaboration with Aditya Birla Skills Centres, reaching 237 trainees and 32 team members across five locations in four states.

Each session carried its own rhythm and energy. Many of the participants came from rural and semi‑urban regions, with limited exposure to conversations around climate change, sustainability, and mindful living. That reality challenged us to rethink how we communicate these ideas. We refined our content, contextualized our language connecting it to everyday life.

Across centres, we conducted workshops on Mindful Living, Climate Change, Sustainable Development, and Ethics, adapting each module to the size and spirit of the group. The trainers’ participation added a special spark. Their willingness to learn alongside their students spoke volumes about the culture they nurture — one where leadership means learning, and growth is a shared journey.

A heartfelt thank‑you to Shweta ji for envisioning this collaboration, and deep gratitude to our facilitators —Sachin, Pooja, Ksh*tij, Ravi, and Sanjay — whose presence and passion made these sessions come alive across locations. A big shoutout to all training centre teams for the seamless coordination.

30th May 2026 || o2h discovery, Ahmedabad || Experiential Workshops

As part of World Environment Day, themed "Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future.", we conducted an engaging workshop at o2h discovery, Ahmedabad, bringing together ~20 working professionals for a unique gamified learning experience on mindful living and climate actions.

Participants actively engaged in The Complexity Game and Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples workshop, sharing how these activities helped them better understand climate change, teamwork, critical thinking and decision-making in a fun and interactive way. They also reflected on the importance of adopting sustainable practices in their personal and professional lives, helping them make environmentally conscious decisions and recognized that small individual actions can collectively address larger environmental challenges.

The sessions received an average rating of 9.23/10 for Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples and 9.43/10 for The Complexity Game, reaffirming the value of experiential and gamified learning.

A heartfelt thank you to o2h life for providing us with the opportunity to conduct this workshop and to Neetusingh Sengar Ma'am for her support in making the session a success.

It was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with Metroparks Toledo, an institution which itself has such an inspiring history of 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦’𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱. 🛞

Despite untimely rain, it was so fulfilling to witness citizens coming out in larger numbers for our flagship ‘𝘛𝘪𝘯𝘺 𝘈𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘎𝘪𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘙𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘴’ session.

Participants' genuine enthusiasm and depth of expertise made every bit of effort worthwhile. We were joined by an inspiring group of individuals — a couple who had been practicing 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘤 𝘧𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘴 🌱, another person who had already planted over a 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘴🌳, and an 83‑year‑old woman deeply devoted to the 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦 🫶, among many others.

There was a clear appreciation for the emphasis on 𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐄 as the preliminary foundational step towards 𝘋𝘦𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘭𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘈𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. ☮️ 🌏

Thanks to Ms. Lisa Whitton, Director - Park Services for organizing these two sessions seamlessly and for giving us a detailed tour of the campus. 🙏

Gratitude to Smita di and Nilam aunty for all the coordination behind the scenes and Dr. Bharat for voluntarily covering every moment with love and professionalism. 💌

What happens when rural women finally get a safe space to speak, question, and learn? It changes everything.

Psychosocial and leadership training is not just a “capacity-building activity” — it is a powerful enabler. It helps women navigate deeply rooted gender norms, build confidence, and step into leadership with clarity and courage.

This is the second batch of the 15-day training program for SHG women from Uttar Pradesh, organised by Arya.ag, which focuses on empowering rural women leaders through psychosocial support, leadership development, rights awareness, and exposure to practical tools for holistic growth.

At B4C, we are glad to implement this program by bringing together facilitators across domains – creating a learning space that was participatory, safe, and deeply engaging.

Through group discussions, case-based learning, and real-life exposure, something powerful unfolded - women didn’t just attend; they opened up.
And their voices say it best:

These are not just reflections. They are indicators of a shift. Because when women begin to question, they begin to lead. And when leadership emerges from lived experiences, it transforms not just individuals, but entire communities.

Gratitude to all facilitators, and special thanks to Arya.ag

"This is the kind of school the world needs today. I wish I could work in such a hopeful environment." 🌍

This was the emotion I felt when I visited Wildwood Environmental Academy for a session with their senior students. The school simply blew my mind off with their initiatives.

For example, a simple, creative idea—a Mobile Parking Zone—addressed the distraction challenge in a super cool manner.📵
Likewise having a live animal station in each class fostered a deeper sense of co-existence and developed curiosity to learn more about fellow living beings. 🐍 🦎

The efforts towards environment-related experiential learning are top-notch. Their diverse hands-on projects—such as Student Watershed Watch, Monarch Butterfly Tracking 🦋, Student-led Paper, Cardboard, Plastic and Metal Recycling Programs ♻️, student-designed native plant garden🌺 and caring for northwest Ohio’s native box turtles🐢 —have a direct and positive impact on their local and national communities.

After our session, the students' great excitement and preparedness while showing us around the campus was the icing on the cake. Grateful to their mentors for anchoring the students' journeys so profoundly.

Thanks to Smita di for this wonderful connect.
