You better believe! We organized, we took action together, we engaged politicians and our community, we told our stories, and we WON. From the beginning, Morningside and West doctors prioritized improvements to our fertility benefits, and along with strong wage increases and a bunch of other wins, we secured elective egg freezing! This is life changing especially for women physicians in our programs, and is a game changer for CIR in NYC. Thanks so much to all the elected officials, partners, and Manhattan Community Board 4 for the amazing support for our fight.
