🌱 FARMERS. IDEAS. ACTION.

A New Conversation on Natural Farming

Natural Farming • Indigenous Seeds • Soil Health • Integrated/Multi-Layer Farming • Cow-Based Agriculture • Biodiversity • Water & Resource Management • Market Linkage • AgriTech • Rural Enterprise

Knowledge → Experiment → Result → Documentation → Replication

🌱🐉 A NEW FRUIT. A NEW INNOVATION. A NEW STEP TOWARDS A POISON-FREE WORLD.

DRAGON FRUIT PLANTATION | NAMISH NATURAL FARM, AZAMGARH

🌵 Thorny Plants
🌿 Climbers & Creepers
🌳 Small & Large Trees
🍊 Fruit-Bearing Plants
🌸 Flowering Plants
🐉 Dragon Fruit

🌱 FROM BIO-FENCE TO FOOD FOREST

🚗 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗔 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗧 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗗𝗘𝗘𝗣𝗟𝗬, 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗘

Have you ever wondered why a seemingly minor incident can disturb your mind for hours—or even for the entire day?

Why does one person's rude remark keep replaying in your mind?

Why do we sometimes reach home physically, but our mind is still stuck on the road?

And why do we occasionally feel:

👉 “𝗜 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗛𝗔𝗗 𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛.”

As a 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁 & 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿, I have increasingly observed that many such reactions are not caused by one isolated incident.

They can be the result of something much deeper:

🧠 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗨𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 — 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗪𝗘 𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚

Stress does not always come from a major crisis.

Sometimes it comes from dozens of small frustrations repeated every day:

🚗 Traffic congestion
🅿️ Lack of parking
💧 Waterlogging
🚧 Broken roads and drainage
🗑️ Garbage around residential areas
🏠 Increasing construction without adequate infrastructure
📢 Noise and constant disturbance
💰 Financial pressure
🤝 Broken commitments and unpaid dues
⏳ Delays and repeated follow-ups
🏢 Administrative problems that remain unresolved
👨‍👩‍👧 Family responsibilities
💼 Work pressure
📱 Constant digital stimulation
😔 The feeling that nobody understands your difficulties

One incident may be manageable.

Another may also be manageable.

But when these experiences continue to accumulate,

𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘.

Then one day, a completely different person says something insignificant—

and suddenly our reaction becomes much stronger than the situation itself appears to justify.

🚦 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗜 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗬𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙

Today was Vishwakarma Puja.

I thought I would get my vehicle properly cleaned. Like many of us do, I naturally preferred giving the work to someone I had known and supported for years.

That interaction brought back an old experience involving trust, financial commitments, repeated delays and attempts to resolve the matter with understanding and flexibility.

At different points, I had tried to help rather than create conflict.

I gave time.

I adjusted arrangements.

I accepted delays.

I even agreed to settle part of the matter through car-washing services instead of insisting only on immediate monetary repayment.

But eventually, the same pattern returned:

“𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀.”

“𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.”

“𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄.”

“𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.”

And gradually, the tone of communication changed as well.

I could have argued.

I could have demanded an immediate explanation.

But I chose to leave.

That experience reminded me of something important:

🤝 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗦 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 — 𝗕𝗨𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗔 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦.

Helping someone is a choice.

Allowing repeated disregard for your time, trust and boundaries is a different matter.

🏍️ 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧

While returning through a narrow residential lane, there were vehicles coming from different directions.

Limited road space.

Parked vehicles.

A vehicle approaching from the front.

Very little room to manoeuvre.

At that moment, a motorcycle rider began speaking loudly and gesturing aggressively.

I could have responded in the same tone.

I could have tried to prove that I was right.

I could have turned a few seconds of inconvenience into a much bigger confrontation.

Instead, I paused.

I assessed the situation.

I moved back.

I allowed the other vehicle to pass.

And I left.

Because the most important question at that moment was not:

❓ “𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜𝗦 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧?”

It was:

❓ “𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗠𝗬 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘?”

The answer was:

𝗡𝗢.

So I chose:

🛑 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗘𝗚𝗢.

🧠 𝗕𝗨𝗧 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡…

What happens when this kind of situation occurs again and again?

Today, Person A.

Tomorrow, Person B.

The day after tomorrow, Person C.

The people change.

But the environment remains the same.

The traffic remains.

The parking problem remains.

The garbage remains.

The drainage problem remains.

The congestion remains.

The daily frustration remains.

And slowly—

🔥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗨𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦.

Sometimes what we see is today’s reaction carrying yesterday’s frustration—and the frustrations of many days before that.

🌆 𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦

In and around the Bilariaganj Chungi–Bilariaganj corridor, including areas around Lachhirampur, construction and commercial activity are expanding rapidly.

New buildings.

Hospitals.

Commercial establishments.

Residential development.

Growing traffic.

But development also creates new demands:

𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚
𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧
𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘
𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧
𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
𝗣𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬
𝗖𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗖 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬

When buildings increase but parking does not keep pace, vehicles eventually occupy public roads.

When drainage systems cannot handle development, water accumulates.

When vacant plots become dumping grounds, residents live with the consequences.

When complaints continue without satisfactory resolution, frustration can increase.

And when people experience these problems repeatedly, the result is not merely an infrastructure problem.

𝗜𝗧 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗢 𝗕𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗔 𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗘𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠.

⚠️ 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗡?

Stress itself is not a mental illness.

Feeling irritated, angry, worried or overwhelmed occasionally is part of normal human life.

The concern arises when these reactions become:

𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧 • 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗡𝗧 • 𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗟 • 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗥𝗨𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗬 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘

Pay attention if you notice:

🔴 Frequent anger over relatively minor issues

🔴 Constant overthinking or replaying past incidents

🔴 Difficulty calming down after an argument

🔴 Persistent irritability at home or at work

🔴 Disturbed sleep

🔴 Difficulty concentrating

🔴 Loss of interest in activities you previously enjoyed

🔴 Constant restlessness or anxiety

🔴 Increasing conflict with family, colleagues or neighbours

🔴 Avoiding people because you feel easily irritated

🔴 Repeatedly becoming involved in similar conflicts

🔴 Feeling that you are “𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗬𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘”

🔴 Feeling emotionally exhausted or unable to cope

The key question is not simply:

“𝗔𝗠 𝗜 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗗?”

Ask yourself:

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚?

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗟𝗬 𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚?

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗠𝗨𝗖𝗛 𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧 𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗬 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘?

🧩 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚?

You do not have to wait until your problem becomes a crisis.

Consider speaking with a 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁/𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿 when:

✔️ The same emotional problem keeps returning.

✔️ You have tried to manage it yourself but continue to struggle.

✔️ Stress is affecting your relationships.

✔️ Anger is becoming difficult to regulate.

✔️ Anxiety or overthinking is interfering with daily life.

✔️ Work performance or concentration is declining.

✔️ Family members are repeatedly noticing a change in your behaviour.

✔️ You feel emotionally stuck.

✔️ You want to understand your reactions rather than simply suppress them.

𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗬 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗬 𝗕𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚.

👨‍⚕️ 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗦𝗘𝗘 𝗔 𝗗𝗢𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧?

Professional medical evaluation becomes particularly important when symptoms are severe, persistent, worsening, or significantly affecting daily functioning.

Seek medical help if you experience:

🔵 Severe or persistent anxiety

🔵 Panic attacks

🔵 Prolonged low mood or depression

🔵 Significant or continuing sleep problems

🔵 Major changes in daily functioning

🔵 Severe emotional distress

🔵 Thoughts of self-harm or su***de

In such situations, a 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 or another appropriate medical professional can assess whether medical treatment is required.

Counselling and medical care are not competing approaches.

Depending on the situation, a person may benefit from:

𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 • 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 • 𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗛

🚗 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗗𝗢 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗚𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗?

Remember:

🛑 𝗦.𝗧.𝗢.𝗣.

𝗦 — STOP REACTING IMMEDIATELY
Do not respond impulsively.

𝗧 — TAKE A BREATH
Give yourself a few seconds before speaking.

𝗢 — OBSERVE THE SITUATION
Is this merely a verbal disagreement, or is there a genuine safety risk?

𝗣 — PROCEED SAFELY
If possible, create distance and leave the situation safely.

And remember:

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗪𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗟𝗬.

🤝 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘 — 𝗕𝗨𝗧 𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦

Be compassionate.

Understand someone's difficulties.

Give people opportunities.

Help when you genuinely can.

But also learn to say:

“𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗢.”

“𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗗𝗢.”

“𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗘.”

“𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗨𝗣𝗢𝗡.”

𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗖𝗥𝗨𝗘𝗟𝗧𝗬.

𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛.

🧠 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗟 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

You cannot control every driver.

You cannot control every neighbour.

You cannot control every shopkeeper.

You cannot control every official.

You cannot control every road condition.

You cannot control every unfair or frustrating situation.

But you can learn to control:

𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗘.

That is where 𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 becomes important.

❤️ 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛𝗧

The next time you think:

> “𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗥𝗨𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗠𝗬 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡.”

Pause for a moment.

Ask yourself:

Is this really about today's incident?

Or has today's incident simply become the 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗚𝗘𝗥 for stress that has been accumulating for weeks or months?

People will change.

Situations will change.

The person standing in front of you today may be completely different tomorrow.

But if the underlying stressors remain unresolved, the emotional burden can continue to accumulate.

So—

🛑 𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗦𝗘.

🌬️ 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘.

🤝 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦.

🧠 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦.

🚗 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘 𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦.

❤️ 𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗞 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗧.

And when the problem continues to affect your life:

𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗪𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔 𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗦.

𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦.

It is an opportunity to understand your mind, regulate your emotions and develop healthier ways of responding.
