An online awareness-cum-interaction meeting was held on 22.06.2026 through Google Meet under the guidance of Shri K. C. Sahu, Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Asansol.

The meeting was attended by the Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central), Asansol, Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central), Raniganj, and senior management representatives of Principal Employers across the Asansol Region.

The session focused on the use of the Shram Suvidha 2.0 Portal for obtaining registration under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSH) Code. Detailed discussions were held to address doubts, clarify procedural aspects, and resolve queries raised by Principal Employers regarding the registration process.

The interactive exchange helped enhance awareness, facilitate compliance, and promote the effective implementation of labour laws through digital platforms.
