നാലാമഠം ദേവീ ക്ഷേത്രം Nalamadom Temple situated at Pathirappally in Alappuzha District was once a very ancient grove (kavu) where serpants and other goddesses were worshipped.

Later it was revived as a temple with dieties like Sri Bhoothakaala Nagayakshi and Sri Bhadrakaali.
