Utthan Vikas Kendra Utthan is a Non-Government, Non-Profit organization established in Ahmedabad, India with the goal of spreading knowledge among economically needy children.

In the roots of all the challenges that a society or country suffer, Illiteracy is there. Illiterate people face many problems in their daily life and at the end their over all development is suppressed, which eventually suppresses the development of society. This big obstacle should be removed from the very root.High population should be the boosting element in country's retreat. In country as va

st and populated as India, a single person or organization can not diminish illiteracy completely, but every responsible citizen can surely contribute a little.With this idea in mind we have taken an initiative and started this small organization.We are a selective number of responsible citizens trying to reach out to the less fortunate children and help them in every possible way we can. You can also be a part of this initiative as a volunteer and perform your part in the creation of brighter tomorrow.

Utthan Vikas Kendra summer camp-2 was organized on 1st and 2nd of June where 35 children were present.There was a quiz competition conducted by Yash P Shah and Parshwa Shah with including map reading.A drawing workshop done by vishwas patel.A 'how to read in front of people' workshop conducted by Devanshi Dave. We are really thankful to these amazing volunteers who understands the concept and helping us throughout.

Utthan Vikas Kendra organised a summercamp in May-2014 successfully at Ahmedabad.over 40 kids took part in this 4-day fun-n-learn camp which included various activities like painting,music(vocal,flute,harmonium, key board and guitar),origami,rangoli and best from waste etc.
