Under the Mukhyamantri Bhagyalakshmi Bond Scheme, a girl child of every registered construction worker is gifted a bond of Rs. 10,000 by the Gujarat Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. The bond can be redeemed by the beneficiary child upon completion of 18 years of age. More than 1,200 girls have been given the bonds under the scheme as of June 2020.

ગુજરાત મુખ્યમંત્રી ગરીબ કલ્યાણ યોજના અંતર્ગત ગુજરાત સરકારે કોરોના મહામારીને ધ્યાનમાં લઈને નોંધાયેલા 6.38 લાખ બાંધકામ શ્રમિકો માટે રૂ. 1000ની નાણાકીય સહાયની જાહેરાત કરી હતી. આ સહાય શ્રમિકોના આધાર સંલગ્ન બેન્ક ખાતામાં ટ્રાન્સફર કરાઈ હતી. જોકે બેન્ક ખાતાની અધૂરી વિગતો, ખાતા સાથે આધાર લિન્ક નહીં હોવા તથા ખોટા આધાર જેવા વિવિધ કારણોસર કેટલાંક શ્રમિકોને આ સહાય પહોંચાડી શકાઈ નહોતી. આવા શ્રમિકો 31 ઓક્ટોબર પહેલા તેમની સાચી માહિતી અમારી વેબસાઈટ - https://misbocwwb.gujarat.gov.in/registrationform પર મોકલી આ સહાયનો લાભ લઈ શકે છે.

બાંધકામ કામદારોને શહેરની અંદર બસ મુસાફરી પાછળનો ખર્ચ ઘટાડવા માટે અમદાવાદમાં શ્રમિક મનપસંદ પાસ યોજના શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. આ યોજના અંતર્ગત કામદારો પાસના ખર્ચના માત્ર 20% ચૂકવીને એએમટીએસથી માસિક અથવા ત્રિમાસિક બસ પાસ મેળવી શકે છે. બાકીના 80% સરકાર ઉઠાવશે. આ પાસથી કામદારોને શહેરની અંદર કોઈ પણ એએમટીએસ બસમાં કોઈપણ રૂટ પર મુસાફરી કરી શકશે. આજથી નરોડા, મણિનગર, વાસણા, સારંગપુર અને વાડજ બસ ટર્મિનસ ખાતે પાસ ઇસ્યુ કરવાની કાર્યવાહી શરૂ થઈ છે. શ્રમિક મનપસંદ પાસ માટેના ફોર્મ www.ahmedabadcity.gov.in અને www.amts.co.in પરથી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકાય છે.
