রাজ্যে শিক্ষার গুণগতমান বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে এবং গ্রামীণ এলাকার বিদ্যালয়গুলিতে পঠন পাঠনের মান বৃদ্ধি করতে নিয়মিতভাবে মনিটরিং করার জন্য সম্প্রতি পরামর্শ দেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী প্রফেসর ডাঃ মানিক সাহা। মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর পরামর্শ এবং নির্দেশ অনুসারে রাজ্যের শিক্ষা দপ্তরের সচিব মিলিন্দ রামটেকে সহ দপ্তরের উচ্চপদস্থ আধিকারিকরা ইতিমধ্যেই রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন এলাকায় পর্যালোচনা এবং সরেজমিন পরিদর্শনে অংশ নিচ্ছেন। আজ আমবাসা টাউনহলে শিক্ষা দপ্তরের সচিব মিলিন্দ রামটেকে আমবাসা ও লংতরাই মহকুমার তিনটি ব্লকের ৪০০টি জুনিয়র বেসিক এবং সিনিয়র বেসিক , হাই ও হাইয়ার সেকেন্ডারি স্কুলের প্রধান শিক্ষক ও প্রধান শিক্ষিকাদের সঙ্গে এক পর্যালোচনা বৈঠকে মিলিত হন। আমবাসা ও লংতরাই মহকুমার আমবাসা, মনু ও ছামনু এই তিনটি ব্লকের অধীনস্ত বিদ্যালয়গুলিতে শিক্ষার সামগ্রিক পরিস্থিতি নিয়ে দপ্তরের সচিব বিস্তারিত পর্যালোচনা করেন। শিক্ষার্থীদের বুনিয়াদি শিক্ষার ভিত্তি যাতে মজবুত হয় সেই লক্ষ্য নিয়েই মূলত এই পর্যালোচনা বৈঠক।
সরকারি স্কুলের প্রতিটি ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদেরকে ব্যক্তিগত নজরদারিতে রেখে গুণগত শিক্ষা প্রদানের মাধ্যমে তাদের শিক্ষার ভিত্তি যাতে সুদৃঢ় হয় সেদিকে লক্ষ্য রাখতে দপ্তরের সচিব শ্রীরামটেকে শিক্ষকমন্ডলীর প্রতি পরামর্শ দেন। প্রতি ১৫ দিন অন্তর অন্তর শিক্ষার্থীদের পঠন পাঠনের দক্ষতার কতটুকু অগ্রগতি ঘটেছে তারও মূল্যায়ন করা হবে । এই পর্যালোচনা বৈঠকে গ্রামীণ এলাকায় শিক্ষার সামগ্রিক অবস্থা এবং স্কুলগুলোর শিক্ষকদের পঠন-পাঠনের পদ্ধতির বিভিন্ন দিকগুলি নিয়েও আলোচনা করা হয়। আজকের এই পর্যালোচনা বৈঠকে ধলাই জেলার জেলা শাসক ও সমাহর্তা শ্রী বিবেক এইচ বি উপস্থিত ছিলেন। এছাড়াও এসডিএম, জেলা শিক্ষা আধিকারিক সহ বিদ্যালয় পরিদর্শকগণ উপস্থিত ছিলেন। এই ধরনের পর্যালোচনা বৈঠক ধারাবাহিকভাবে রাজ্যের প্রতিটি জেলা ও মহকুমা স্তরে সংগঠিত হবে বলে শিক্ষা দপ্তরের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে ।

With a view to improving the quality of education in the State and enhancing the standard of teaching and learning in schools, particularly in rural areas, Hon’ble Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha recently emphasized the need for regular monitoring of educational activities.

In pursuance of the advice and directives of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, the Secretary of the School Education Department, Shri Milind Ramteke, along with senior departmental officers, has already initiated a series of review meetings and field visits across different parts of the State.

As part of this initiative, Shri Milind Ramteke today held a review meeting at Dumburnagar Town Hall with the Headmasters and Headmistresses of 140 Junior Basic and Senior Basic Schools under Ganganagar, Raisyabari and Dumburnagar Blocks of Gandatwisa Sub-Division.

During the meeting, the Secretary reviewed the overall educational scenario in the schools, including the quality of teaching-learning practices, foundational learning outcomes of students, and various school-level challenges and opportunities. The primary focus of the review was to strengthen the foundational learning of students and ensure quality education through close monitoring of every child’s academic progress.

Addressing the teachers, Shri Ramteke emphasized the importance of providing individual attention to students and adopting effective teaching practices to build a strong educational foundation. He further informed that students’ learning achievements and progress would be assessed at regular intervals of 15 days. This mechanism would help identify learning gaps and facilitate timely remedial measures wherever necessary.

The meeting was attended by the District Magistrate & Collector of Dhalai District, Shri Vivek H.B., the SDM of Gandatwisa, the District Education Officer, School Inspectors and other concerned officials.

The School Education Department has informed that similar review meetings will be organized on a regular basis across all districts and sub-divisions of the State to ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of educational outcomes.

As a mandate of continuous monitoring of learning competancies of children in schools and performance of teachers as per the directions of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tripura, Shri Milind Ramteke, IAS, Secretary to the Government of Tripura, School Education, Revenue , Urban Development Deptt has attended a mass meeting at Amarpur town hall today with the Head Masters, Head Mistresses, TICs of 107 JB/SB Schools from 4 (four) Blocks - Amarpur, Ampinagar, Karbook, Silachari. The Secretary appealed to them to give personal attention to each and every child in the school so as to improve the Foundational Learning quality in all Government Schools in this Academic Year. The meeting has been attended by, amongst others, the District Magistrate & Collector of Gomti District, SDM Amarpur, DEO Gomti, all Inspector of Schools and BRP/CRPs of Amarpur and Karbook Sub Division.

This initiative marks a significant step in strengthening the state's teaching workforce and enhancing the quality of school education.
