Empowering Young Minds Through Banking Awareness

Little Star High School, Adilabad successfully conducted a Banking Awareness Program on 8th January for high school students, promoting financial literacy and safe banking practices.

The session was led by DCB Bank Manager Mr. G. Manoj Kumar, along with the dedicated DCB Bank team, who provided valuable insights into the world of banking.

Students learned about:
✅ ATM usage and Debit/Credit Cards
✅ Digital Banking & UPI Transactions
✅ Importance of Saving and Interest
✅ Safe Banking Habits and Cyber Security

The team also sensitized students about banking frauds and online scams, guiding them on how to protect personal and financial information.

The program was highly interactive, with students actively asking questions and clarifying doubts with the bank officials. Such initiatives help students become financially aware, responsible, and confident in today’s digital world.

Celebrating the Spirit of Christmas – A Day of Joy, Learning & Togetherness

Little Star High School, Adilabad was filled with joy and festive cheer as we celebrated Christmas Day with great enthusiasm. Along with the celebrations, students were beautifully explained the importance of Christmas, helping them understand the values of love, sharing, kindness.

Pre-primary and primary students danced with grace, spreading happiness all around. The cake-cutting ceremony added sweetness to the celebration, and our adorable Little Santas stole everyone’s hearts by sharing smiles, joy, and Christmas cheer.

It was truly a day full of laughter, learning, love, and unforgettable memories! 🎅🎂✨

Innovators Expo – Science & Mathematics Exhibition ✨
Little Star High School, Adilabad proudly organized the Science & Mathematics Exhibition “Innovators Expo” with great enthusiasm and active participation. Students from Nursery to Grade 10 showcased their talents by presenting creative and innovative models, including impressive working models, reflecting their scientific thinking and mathematical skills.
We were honoured by the presence of our Chief Guest, District Science Officer Mr. Baskar, and our School PTA President Mr. Ravi. The exhibition witnessed enthusiastic participation from 356 students in Science and 270 students in Mathematics.
Parents expressed great happiness and appreciation while viewing the exhibits. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Guest motivated students to utilize the opportunities provided to them and continue exploring, learning, and innovating.
The grand event received wide recognition and was covered by both electronic and print media, highlighting the students’ innovation and the school’s commitment to quality education.

Day two of our Golden Jubilee was a spectacular celebration as our students took the stage with high-energy performances, showcasing not only their talent but also the values that define .

Through dance, skits, music and storytelling, our students beautifully brought the school’s 50-year-old journey to life – from its humble beginnings in 1975 to the vibrant institution it is today. 🎭📚

The event was honoured by our esteemed chief guest, Honourable District Collector Sri Rajarshi Shah, I.A.S whose inspiring words motivated our students to dream big, stay curious and lead with values. 🙌
