מסכמים שבוע של שותפות בשותפות ביחד נשר-בראוורד קאונטי! 🦅
איזה שבוע מרגש עבר עלינו! זכינו לקחת חלק בטקס חלוקת התיקים המרגש למתגייסים ולמתגייסות של נשר, שארגנו עיריית נשר וצוות בית הספר✨
הטקס, שנערך לכבוד מסיימי שכבת י"ב הממשיכים לצבא, למכינות ולשנות השירות, היה גדוש ברגש והוקרה:
*ראש העיר הודה בחום לשותפים שלנו מבראוורד קאונטי על התמיכה הבלתי מסויגת.
*אילנה שרון, יו"ר השותפות, בירכה את הבוגרים הטריים, והודתה לעירייה על שיתוף הפעולה ארוך השנים ולחברים מבראוורד, שהצטרפו בזום, על תרומתם המרגשת.
*תודה מיוחדת למחלקת הנוער בעירייה ולצוות בית הספר על האירוח והעשייה למען הנוער.
אנחנו גאים בכולם ומאחלים בהצלחה רבה לליה סול, שיוצאת לבראוורד קאונטי, ולאנה זבודצ'יקוב, שיוצאת לטורונטו קנדה, המדהימות, שיהיו שנה הבאה בשנת השירות של הסוכנות היהודית בקהילות בתפוצות כשליחות צעירות! 🌍✈️

תזכורת להרשמה למפגש זום מיוחד ומלא חיוכים עם **ניר בונה** – מנחה, מרצה ומחנך, שייקח אותנו למסע מרתק בין עולמות ההומור של יהודי ישראל ויהודי ארצות הברית. דרך בדיחות, סיפורים וקטעי הומור נגלה כיצד הצחוק הפך לחלק בלתי נפרד מהזהות היהודית, נבחן את הדמיון והשוני בין התרבויות, ונראה מה הוא מלמד אותנו על הסיפור המשותף שלנו.

🦅 Weekly Summary: Nesher-Broward County Partnership 🦅
What an emotional week! We were honored to take part in the backpack distribution ceremony for Nesher's Youth, organized by the Municipality of Nesher and the school's staff. ✨
The ceremony, held for the graduating 12th graders heading to the IDF, pre-army academies, and gap years, was filled with gratitude:
*The Mayor- warmly thanked our Broward County partners for their unwavering support.
*Ilana Sharon, Chair of the Partnership, congratulated the graduates and thanked the Municipality for years of cooperation, as well as our Broward friends, who joined via Zoom, for their touching contribution.
*Special thanks to the Municipal Youth Department and the school staff for hosting and investing in our youth.
Best of luck to the amazing Liya Sol, who will be in Broward County, and Lana Zavodchikov, who will be in Toronto Canada, both are heading out for their Jewish Agency Service Year abroad as Young Emissaries! 🌍✈️

🌟מסכמים שבוע עמוס בעשייה, חיבורים וחיוכים בשותפות נשר-בראוורד!** 🌟

📜 סוגרים שנה מטורפת של מנהיגות וקשר!

השבוע ציינו בהתרגשות את מפגש הסיום החגיגי של שנה ב' בתכנית הנוער לבוגרי המשלחת בביקור במוזיאון א- גרוייסע מציאה שבה נכנסנו למסע בזמן להיסטוריה של ישראל וערכיה דרך חפצים שסיפרו את סיפורה של הקמת המדינה והתפתחותה. זה היה סיום מרתק לשנה עוצמתית במיוחד, שבה נפגשנו לחמישה מפגשים מרתקים, מעמיקים ומעוררי השראה.

במהלך השנה חקרנו יחד ונגענו בנושאים המרכיבים את הזהות שלנו כמנהיגים צעירים:

* מנהיגות, התנדבות ומעורבות קהילתית – כי שינוי אמיתי מתחיל מהשטח.
* ציונות – החיבור הבלתי מנותק לסיפור המשותף של כולנו.
* הקהילות היהודיות בתפוצות – הבנת העמיות היהודית והקשר הגלובלי.
* העמקת הקשר עם בראוורד קאונטי – חיזוק הגשר החי והחיוני כל כך עם השותפים שלנו מעבר לים.

במהלך המפגשים, הבוגרים שלנו לא רק למדו, אלא גם נפגשו, החליפו חוויות ויצרו קשרים אישיים חזקים עם בני נוער ישראלים מתוכניות נוער ושותפויות אחרות בארץ.

תודה ענקית לכל הבוגרים והבוגרות המדהימים שלנו על המחויבות והאנרגיה. אתם חוד החנית שלנו, ואנחנו בטוחים שזו רק ההתחלה של העשייה שלכם ובנוסף למחלקת נוער בעיריית נשר על שיתוף הפעולה לכל אורך התכנית! 💙

📜 ביקור חשוב! שמחנו לארח את אלמוג מוסקוביץ, מנהל עידוד עלייה ושיווק ביחידת העלייה והקליטה של הסוכנות היהודית. אלמוג ביקר בשותפות ושמע על שיתופי הפעולה והסיוע של השותפות לארגונים בעיר.

📜מ-“אוי ווי“ עד “יאללה“: מסע בין הומור יהודי-ישראלי ליהודי-אמריקאי!

השנה של שנה ב' אולי הסתיימה, אבל הפעילות בשותפות ממש לא עוצרת! אנחנו נרגשים להזמין אתכם למפגש השלישי בסדרת המפגשים הווירטואליים שלנו השנה.

📜 Celebrating an Incredible Year of Leadership and Connection!

This week, we excitedly celebrated the closing meeting of Year 2 of our Teen Program for Delegation Alumni. It was an incredibly powerful year, featuring five fascinating, deep, and inspiring sessions.

Throughout the year, our teens explored core topics that shape their identity as young leaders:

* Leadership, Volunteering, and Community Involvement** – because real change starts on the ground.
* Zionisim – our unbreakable connection to our shared story.
* Jewish Communities in the Diaspora** – understanding peoplehood and our global bond.
* Deepening the Connection with Broward County – strengthening the living, vital bridge with our wonderful partners across the ocean.

During these sessions, our alumni didn't just learn—they also met, shared experiences, and formed meaningful friendships with Israeli teens participating in youth programs from other partnerships across Israel.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing alumni for your commitment and energy. You are our cutting edge, and we are certain this is just the beginning of your leadership journey and to the Youth Department in Nesher Municipality for the cooperation! 💙

סכמים שבוע עמוס בעשייה, חיבורים ושותפות אמיתית! 🌟

השבוע עבר עלינו בסימן תכנון העתיד והעמקת הגשר האנושי בין נשר לבראוורד קאונטי. הנה כמה מהרגעים המרכזיים שלנו:

👥 ישיבת ועדת ההיגוי בנשר: נפגשנו לסיכום מרגש של ביקור משלחת נציגות ועדת ההיגוי בבראוורד קאונטי. חברות המשלחת שיתפו בחוויות המרתקות, בפגישות המשמעותיות וברגעים האנושיים המיוחדים שחוו מעבר לים. לצד הסיכומים, הבטנו קדימה והצגנו את הפרויקטים המשותפים המתוכננים לשנת הפעילות הבאה 2026-2027!

✈️ ביקור מיוחד של קרן ססמן: שמחנו מאוד לארח את קרן ססמן, שהגיעה לארץ לביקור פרטי ולא ויתרה על הגעה לבית הספר התאום שלה, "כנפי נשרים". במסגרת הביקור קיימנו פגישה חמה עם המורה חוה קלינמן, שעובדת מולה באופן שוטף. אחרי חודשים של עבודה מרחוק, היה פשוט נפלא להיפגש פנים מול פנים ולחזק את העבודה המשותפת שלנו אפילו יותר.

🏫 מתכוננים לשנת התאומות הבאה: צוות תוכנית "בתי ספר תאומים" נפגש השבוע להמשך התכנונים, החשיבה וההכנות לקראת שנת הלימודים והתאומות הבאה.

🎤 צחוק, חיבור והומור יהודי – בקרוב! צוות סדרת המפגשים הווירטואליים שלנו נפגש השבוע עם ניר בונה, שעומד להנחות עבורנו סדנה מרתקת וייחודית על הומור יהודי, ישראלי ואמריקאי!

This week was all about planning for the future and deepening the living bridge between Nesher and Broward County. Here are some of our main highlights:

👥 Nesher Steering Committee Meeting: We gathered for an inspiring recap of the recent Steering Committee delegation's visit to Broward County. Participants shared their wonderful experiences, meaningful meetings, and the special personal connections made across the ocean. We also looked ahead and presented our exciting upcoming projects for the 2026-2027 activity year!

✈️ A Special Visit with Karen Samen: We were thrilled to host Karen, who is currently in Israel on a private visit. She made sure to visit her twin school, "Kanfei Nesharim," for a warm meeting with teacher Chava Kleinman, her close partner in the program. After months of online work, it was incredible to finally meet face-to-face and strengthen our partnership even further.

🏫 Preparing for the Next Year of Twinning: Our Twin Schools team met this week to continue planning, brainstorming, and preparing for the next successful school year ahead.

🎤 Laughter, Connection, and Jewish Humor – Our Virtual Encounters team met this week with Nir Boneh, who will be hosting a fascinating and unique workshop for us on Jewish, Israeli, and American humor!

✨ שבוע של עשייה ותכנון בשותפות נשר – בראוורד קאונטי ✨

השבוע התכנסנו לפגישת עדכון חשובה של הצוות המוביל של השותפות – מפגש משמעותי שבו התאחדו הצוות המקצועי מהפדרציה ומהשותפות יחד עם יו"ר השותפות.

במהלך הפגישה סקרנו יחד את הנעשה בתקופה האחרונה, עם מבט על הישגים, אתגרים ותובנות לקראת סיום שנת הפעילות הנוכחית.

✨השבוע התקיימו שלושה מפגשים מרתקים ומשמעותיים:

1️⃣ מפגש נוער חוצה יבשות:
בני הנוער המקסימים שלנו משנה ב' בתכנית הנוער, נפגשו עם בני נוער מבראוורד מתנועת הנוער BBYO! המפגש נועד להעמיק את החיבורים הקיימים, ליצור קשרים חדשים, ולקיים שיח פתוח ומשותף על חיי היומיום של בני נוער בנשר ובבראוורד.
היה מרגש לראות את החיבורים שנוצרו!

2️⃣ לקראת שנת שירות בתפוצות:
קיימנו מפגש חשיפה מיוחד לנוער נשר בנושא שנת שירות בתפוצות.
המשתתפים קיבלו את כל המידע המקיף על תהליכי ההרשמה, המיונים, וכל מה שמצפה להם במהלך שנת השירות עצמה.הזדמנות מדהימה למנהיגות צעירה! 🌍

3️⃣ מקדמים את בתי הספר התאומים:

What an exciting and action-packed week we had! ✨

This week, we held three fascinating and meaningful meetings:

1️⃣ Cross-Continental Youth Encounter:
Our amazing second-year youth in the in our youth program met with teens from Broward County representing the BBYO youth movement! The meeting focused on deepening existing connections, forging new friendships, and engaging in open discussions about the daily lives of teenagers in Nesher and Broward.
It was truly moving to witness the bonds being formed!

2️⃣ Exploring a Year of Service in the Diaspora- Young Emissary Program:
We hosted a special exposure meeting for Nesher's youth regarding a Year of Service (Shnat Sherut) in the Diaspora. Participants received comprehensive information about the registration and selection process, as well as what to expect during the year of service itself. An incredible opportunity for young leadership! 🌍

3️⃣ Advancing School Twinning:
We held an important update meeting for the "Twin Schools" task force, where we discussed the project's progress and planned our next steps. 🏫🤝

A week filled with connections, empowerment, and collaborative action! We can't wait for next week! 💪

עוד שבוע מרגש של חיבורים! ציינו עוד סיום שנה במפגש חגיגי ומרגש בין תלמידי בית יהושע (נשר) ובית הספר בית אמת יומי (בראוורד קאונטי). 🎓

למרות המרחק, הלבבות קרובים מתמיד. הילדים סיכמו שנה של למידה משותפת, חברות חוצת יבשות וזהות יהודית מאחדת. תודה לצוותים ולתלמידים המדהימים – אתם הגשר שלנו! 🤝💙
